Located in historic Germantown, this home offers walkable access to top restaurants, bars, and a lively young professional community—all in a central, convenient location.  
  
Inside, the open floor plan is bright and welcoming, flowing from the living room with a custom Interior Define sofa and smart TV to the dining area and chef’s kitchen. The kitchen features granite countertops, new appliances, ample storage, and essentials like a toaster, coffee maker, and cleaning supplies. A stylish half bath, laundry with custom cabinetry, and thoughtful details add both function and elegance.  
  
Upstairs, two bedrooms each feature ensuite baths. The primary retreat includes a king bed, tray ceiling, spa-inspired bathroom with a smart toilet, and oversized shower/tub. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, workspace, and spacious walk-in shower.
