Second time in Nashville and the Bobby was a great place to stay this time. Around the corner from Broadway Ave., across the street are food options and a block away is a bourbon distillery. Hotel was eclectic with references to all the music in the area, rooms are larger than average (ours had a huge balcony where 20 people could fit), and the rooftop bar has an old school bus that you can relax in with a drink. Only downside is it's only valet parking but to be expected in a downtown area hotel. Would recommend and already have.

Our stay at this hotel was nice. The hotel was quiet and the staff was friendly. My biggest disappointment with this hotel was the lack of bedding. A flat sheet and a thin blanket was all there was to it. We prefer a hotel with more plush bedding and the bathroom was extremely close to the bed not leaving much privacy. The minibar was very well stocked and well priced however we realized a good number of the snacks were expired after we bit into them and they tasted stale/were hard as rocks. We did notify the front desk and they assured us we would not be charged for it. Otherwise, the hotel is clean and would recommend.

I loved the location, it was close to everything, yet still quiet. Staff was exceptional, friendly, helpful, always pleasant. Room was clean, eclectic decorations, pillows and bed super comfortable. I will stay there again! The cafe for coffee and breakfast was great. Great vibe!!

Their hospitality was horrible. Front desk staff had no personality, knowledge and were not helpful in the least bit. Short answers, not accommodating whatsoever. Executive Chef Dennis, was kind enough to come out and give me a cup of coffee when a lobby staffer couldn’t do so! A cup of coffee??!! Certainly shouldn’t be greeted at a 4 star hotel by that. Totally unexpected!!

Got here with a friend. To find one small bed and no sofa bed as expected no rollaways available. Nothing they could do. My friend slept on a couch. Not what I expected or thought I booked. Very disappointed and I would not stay here again.

Had a great experience for 6 nights at this hotel. The only complaint i have is we found a nail in our toilet paper roll. Reported it and they didn’t do anything about it not a word about it from the hotel. Very strange find. Otherwise the housekeeping was great the staff was great the rooms are nice. Great location walkable to Broadway.

Just stayed at The Bobby Hotel for 6 nights. Would highly recommend this hotel very close and walkable to Broadway. House cleaning were very good and accommodating to your needs the only problem is one day we had a nail in our toilet paper. We reported it to the front desk and they said they would look into it, but never communicated with us again on the issue. Very strange.
