The room was not clean at all! Hair and dirt o. The sink and shower. Sticky substances on the bedside table and desk. The bathroom floor was disgusting. The only thing clean was the linens, so I was grateful for that.

Large gap at the bottom of my door resulted in me being able to hear everything outside. A construction crew were hanging out grilling at 1am down the walkway from me so I could hear their whole conversations unless my tv was on full blast. Needless to say, we didn’t sleep very well here. Parking lot was tough to drive through with the speed bumps and potholes. Lobby is not connected to the rooms at all so you will have to trek across the parking lot to a separate building. Breakfast was lackluster. Will definitely find another hotel if I come back to Franklin for a visit. This place is definitely not worth what we paid.

Microwaves are not available at the first floor rooms, has to go to the lobby for it. The room is way too small for the price. You can hear people from outside

The room was clean and the hot breakfast provided was good. The door to our room could use a new seal at the bottom and the A/C unit was missing a couple screws sealing it on the outside of the room.

Ran out of toilet paper and Kleenex. No extra in room. No soap or shampoo - really? Tub door wouldn't stay shut. Bathroom door too close to toilet. Only one small wastebasket.

It was a solid experience with friendly staff and a clean room. Highway traffic was a bit noisy and it seemed a siren ran by about every hour during the night.

Great value! Clean and updated rooms. Polite staff. Delicious breakfast. Near grocery, pharmacy and food options. Easy access off the highway. This was our 2nd stay and it was as great as our first. We'll stay again when we are in the area next. Thank you!

Live tick crawling in the shower, pubic hairs on floor next to tub. Loud and inconsistent regulation of heating/AC, no thermostat to control. Tiny room and bathroom. We stayed at a Best Western in Hays, Colorado on 2/29 that was wonderful, and anticipated this would be the same - two totally different experiences.
