We could tell that the house and furniture were high quality. We loved the hardwood floors. We had a maintenance issue that was taken care of immediately. The only negative was that the house could have been cleaner. There was dust/dirt on window sills and base boards, fingerprints around the switch plates, scuff marks on the walls, and items left in the clothing closets.
