We were in a great location within a short Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway. The bedrooms were roomy and the bathrooms nice. There are a few reasons I did not provide 5 stars for this property: 1) The gate around the concrete pad did not open all the way to easily be able to fit the car. I have a Ford Escape so not a large car, but we ended up parking on the road because it was difficult to get the car in/out. 2) It wasn't super clean. I think they forgot to vacuum, and the dishes weren't completely clean. 3) The view of the city was amazing, but there was no curtain on the window showing the city. I had to hide to change clothes because anyone outside could see in. 4) I didn't receive check-in or check-out instructions. I will say that when I inquired, the instructions were sent to me immediately, but we did sit outside in the dark for several minutes until we received a response on the entry code. ##### Kathi E.
