Guest Access:  
Parking is located behind the property and is accessed off the alley. You can access the alley from Grand Avenue or Tremont Avenue, which are located to the north and south of the property, respectively.

Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Music Row, the heart of Nashville’s music industry! Explore iconic recording studios, discover live music venues, and indulge in delicious Southern cuisine at nearby restaurants. With everything just a short stroll away, you’ll be right in the action of Music City!  
  
Getting Around:  
Many of our guests use Lyft or Uber to travel the short distances needed to get to the main attractions of Nashville, to include the famous Broadway strip. As with any city, there are peak hours, when everyone is traveling, the fees vary but the normal fee within a couple of miles is normally about $6 or so.  
  
Our property is also on a street with a dedicated bike lane, which is great for those looking to hop on one of the many Bird and Lyft scooters easily available on Music Row.   
  
The WeGo Public Transit provides hourly service between downtown and the airport seven days a week. One-way fares between the airport and downtown available $2-6\. In town, WeGo provides bus services in and out of downtown and throughout the city. All day, unlimited-ride passes are also available. Music City Central, the downtown transit station, is located at 400 Charlotte Avenue.

No smoking inside the apartments (but feel free to enjoy the fresh air on the balcony!).  
Respect the neighbors—keep the music at a reasonable volume after 10 PM.

This is a cool little complex away from the insanity of Broadway. Quiet, love the outdoor space. The coffee shop down the street is a must do...food and coffee were delicious. I would definitely stay here again!

#### Funky Little Place - Great Location

I really enjoyed staying here. The layout of the condo was perfect and was very clean. Loved the music-themed décor. The location was great as I liked being a bit out away from downtown and Broadway, which was a 24-hour party, but close enough for a short Uber ride. Having parking onsite was a really plus.

The place was just as it looks online, very clean, very cute and cozy. The location was good as well- walking distance from a coffee shop! Parking was easy and accessible. Property managers were great with communication and kept me updated on everything I needed to know! I would totally stay here again if I am ever in Nashville again!

Everything about this location is great ! The only negative was noise levels. Being right next to a walkable street means lots of 2AM people talking loud ( and upstairs neighbors too). So bring earplugs and you will be golden.

#### THE BEST!

My friend and I went on a long weekend girls trip. We had the most amazing stay right from the time we walked in to our place! It was beautiful and the perfect size for us 2! We spent a lot of time on the balcony too. It was a very quiet neighborhood at night and was in a very safe location. The local coffee shop and tavern were a few of our favorites too. We will definitely be returning!

This place was very cute, even the pull out couch was comfortable! The kitchen had all the needed amenities and it was be dry clean! My only complaint is that we got two different door codes and when I asked for confirmation of which was correct, I never got an answer. Additionally, we were checking out really early and I messaged to ask for any check out instructions and did not get a response.

This was our third time staying at this location. The suites are always clean and easy to check in. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. We will stay here again on our next Nashville visit.

This unit was in the perfect location for anyone who might be working/recording in the music row area. The proximity to multiple food/coffee options was perfect. Unit was neat and clean. Loved it!
