A stone’s throw from the Ryman Auditorium, a short walk to Broadway & Printer’s Alley. Just renovated historic Ambrose Loft in former printing company building built in 1905.

14’ ceilings, exposed brick & beams, Carrera marble shower & handshower, custom waterfall marble vanity with copper sink & Brizo fixtures.

Loft overlooks 4th Avenue, includes cable & 70” TV in living room & 65” TV in the bedroom. Curated record collection with some of my favorites. Parlor guitar.

Perfect location

This is the third time we have stayed in this property and we will be back. We are able to walk to concerts, shopping, and restaurants from the condo. The convenience for us is perfect.

Great location, walk anywhere in downtown. Will stay again. Only negative it that parking does not have a daily rate and is expensive. Great place to stay!

My daughter and I loved staying at this property! The location was fantastic, super close to Broadway but far enough that there were no crowds. The space is absolutely gorgeous, well equipped and very clean. And the bed was super comfy! We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Place

Excellent place to stay, location is very close to your parking, about 30 feet away.

We will stay here again for sure!! Excellent location, parking is very close. Very nice place to stay! Broadway street is about 1-1/2 blocks away. Was close enough that we could walk back anytime we wanted and go back out.

Great location!

Clean and a great location… just a few blocks from all the action. Easy entry and communication from host was quick. Starbucks in the sane block and walking distance to many great restaurants. The only thing I wished I would have brought was laundry detergent as my husband and I each had one set of towels for 4 days.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay in Nashville, Tennessee. This was an excellent location to visit a lot of the downtown locations we were looking for. Good access to restaurants and bars on Broadway. Our only concern was the volume of the neighbors that we could hear fairly easily through the walls. Other than that, we had a great stay!

The loft was in the perfect location. It was comfy and inviting. Steps away from all the action but far enough away to enjoy quite when we returned in the evening! Missed the Keith Urban pop up but were able to enjoy Tootsie’s 64th birthday celebration! Will definitely return!

Amazing Location

Great stay, great communication with the host. And the perfect Nashville/Broadway location. You're just a few blocks walk from anything you need and having a fully functional kitchen meant the occasional breakfast, lunch or post honky tonk snack can be made for yourself. We loved it and would stay here every time we visit Nashville if it is available.

Perfect location

This condo is close to everything we came to Nashville for. We went to see a concert at the Ryman, walked down Broadway, and ate well. All within just steps of our front door. The unit was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Perfect Location

This loft apartment is within walking distance to shopping, dining, the Ryman, Broadway -- many of the things we go to Nashville for. The windows keep you connected to activity on the streets, but the apartment is quiet. This was our second time to this property and we will hopefully go again.

Nashville for St. Patrick's Day

An oasis in the middle of the party. Street facing windows that let in plenty of light and none of the noise. Short walk to Printers Alley, Broadway, and some of Nashville's best restaurants. Secure and clean building with codes for the street entrance and elevator. This was my second visit to one of Vijay's properties and he is a great host, his communication and decor is spot on.
