It was walkable to coffee shops and activity Vanderbilt University. We did not use the pool but the area appeared to have everything you would want at the pool. We did go to the community level and played pool while visiting with family. The views of the city were amazing. Lots to do in Nashville and this was the perfect place to have your base.
