Blocks from Belmont University and less than a mile to Vanderbilt. The kitchen has all new appliances and is stocked with basic cooking supplies, dishes, and a coffee maker. The living room is comfy and modern with a big TV. The living area is an open floor plan, perfect for your entire group to spend time together during your stay. Property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. The two bathrooms are small and the living room furniture is extremely worn and uncomfortable to sit on. It was a short walk to the Gulch and even to the Music City Center or Broadway. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. It had room enough beds for the 7 of us to be comfortable. The property was very roomy for 4 adults and in a very quiet neighborhood. The only very minor negatives were the living room couch and there were no wash cloths. The living room couch probably is in need of replacing due too the amount of usage it appears to have had. But this place is a great stay and we’d definitely book it again when returning to Nashville. ##### Vince V.
