The house was plenty large enough and had everything we needed for our quick stay. The house is in an older area with nearby homes being rehabbed. It's a quiet area though and we felt safe. We didn't stay long enough to know what was nearby other than the highway. The host was very kind and responsive considering our last minute stay. We drove to Nashville from Miami so needed a place that we can park our cars without the pricey charges. When we want to go into downtown, it's a short Uber/Lyft trip. The neighborhood is family-oriented with many good restaurants within walking distance. Grocery stores are nearby. The house is very clean and well equipped with kitchen needs. All bedrooms are spacious. A couple of drawbacks: 1) There is no dining area indoor, only counter area with 4 stools, which is not enough space for a larger group. There is a dining set outdoor with 6 chairs if weather permits; and 2) the sofa in the living room is very, very uncomfortable. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay! ##### LAN CHI S.
