The home is situated is in East Nashville and 4 miles from downtown Broadway. Your group can split a Uber or Lyft and be on Broadway in minutes. Close to Top Golf, Bridgestone, Nissan Stadium, 5 Points, and more. We are minutes from everything great about Nashville.  
  
📝 GUEST REGISTRATION  
After you book your reservation, simply register your stay within 48 hours to gain access to our guest portal where you’ll find reservation and property details, access codes, and more. During registration, you’ll be asked to sign a rental agreement and upload your driver’s license and a selfie (don’t worry – it’s super simple!).  
  
📜 HOUSE RULES  
These are all no-brainers but we don’t want any confusion, so we’re gonna state the obvious:  
– no smoking (for real)  
– no parties (gatherings not exceeding max occupancy are cool)  
– no rearranging furniture (leave the decorating to us)  
  
💸 OPTIONAL FEES  
The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for:  
• $249 / pet, pet fee (only valid on properties that allow pets). Pets cannot be left unattended. This applies to ADA and service animals as well.  
  
⚠️ MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS  
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for details prior to booking.

We’ve even got your TV entertainment covered with hundreds of streaming options to choose from.  
  
📦 SUPPLY STARTER KIT  
No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That’s why we provide a supply starter kit – to get you through the first day or two of your stay. The kit includes a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, two dishwasher pods, five trash bags, dishwashing liquid, all-purpose cleaner, a small selection of coffee pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

#### 21st Birthday Weekend

This place was everything we could’ve needed for the weekend and the location was just a short uber away from everything we wanted to do. The only downfall was that the lights and outlets in the bunk room did not work and when I contacted them about it, they kept asking me to try things instead of sending someone - it never got fixed.

#### Exactly what we needed

We stayed in Boogie Nights 26 for my daughter’s 21st birthday. 7 people with an age range from 21-47\. The location was 10 minutes from anything we did. The property was equipped with everything we needed. The contact person was very quick to respond with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Nashville. And we hope to stay again.

This place served us well! Very clean and the hosts even provided some games for the family to play during our stay. My only caution would be that if you have a knee issue, this is 3 stories! Our room was on the top so I had to make calculated trips up and down the stairs. I knew it had stairs but somehow I missed that all beds were up the stairs. You do see a junkyard out the back windows, but it didn't affect our stay.

The unit was clean well stock great price point . Could use some kind of shade on front door side light and stairway and kitchen windows. RUKO not working in master bedroom loses signal downstairs from time to time . Even with the small issues was a great stay .

#### Clean, cute lots of stairs

The place was clean and super cute. There is a lot of stairs so please be aware of that if you have guests who don’t do well with stairs as all beds are upstairs. The water pressure was poor. The neighborhood was a little sketchy so don’t be out at night alone. I do like the fact that there is gates but they were never locked. Communication was great with the property managers

#### Reasonably priced

The condo was big and furnished decently. The place lacked hand towels and rags and was not as clean as it should have been. Property management only communicated by text and did not respond to a problem with the air conditioning system.
