No detail spared in this BRAND NEW 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom designer home that has been thoughtfully curated for a luxury guest experience. Each Bedroom has a Plush King size bed. Minutes to Downtown Broadway, The Gulch, and walkable to Melrose and Berry Hill attractions, this is an AMAZING LOCATION regardless of what you\`ve come to town for. STRP#2025-12-01-689 This is a three level townhome with rooftop deck. The first level includes the attached garage, kitchen, dining, and living room. On the second level you have the primary bedroom with ensuite bath, laundry room, and another bedroom with ensuite bath. The third level includes the bonus room and rooftop patio with fireplace, as well as two additional bedrooms and a hall bath. All bedrooms have king size beds. Credit Card Processing Fees are non-refundable. Guests have access to the entire private home and attached two-car garage that can fit two small or mid-size vehicles. One additional dedicated parking space is available behind the home. Your host is available by message or text throughout your stay. Coffee shops, restaurants, and bars close by. It was spacious and clean, comfortable beds and well-appointed. Location was about 10 minutes from all the fun downtown. The coffee maker broke while we were there and they had a brand new one delivered to us right away. We thought that was thoughtful! There are a lot of stairs so be prepared but we managed. And the train goes by at night and can be loud, but it really wouldn't deter us from staying again. We hung out one afternoon on the deck and it was lovely. It was super close to everything we wanted to go to. We were close to the airport. It was nice to be able to park in the garage. House was perfectly located for all of our activities. We visited Zanies on Saturday night and General Jackson cruise on Sunday night. We would stay again. ##### stephen u. Everyone had their own extremely comfortable bedroom and 2 of the 4 had the private y of their own bathroom as well. Really nice. We enjoyed the roof top space every evening. The location is away from the crowds but close enough to easily enjoy all Nashville has to offer. Would definitely stay again ##### Leesa P. Our group included 3 couples, so having all the King beds and separate bathrooms made it perfect. We had a snow storm the weekend we were there (unusual for Nashville), so we really appreciated the garage! The rooftop space looked fun, but it was too cold to venture out! Location was quiet neighborhood and convenient to downtown (only 10 min Uber ride) and grocery store/CVS just a short drive down the street. Rooftop seating was enjoyable for chatting and enjoying our morning coffee. A little trouble with the garage door opener, but owner responded immediately, and maintenance was sent out promptly to address the issue. Would definitely recommend and stay again! ##### Debbie K.
