Plenty of comfortable beds, easily slept 6 adults and every bedroom had their own adjourning bathroom. Enjoyed the main floor being roomy enough for all of us to hang out, play games, watch tv and have breakfast before heading out for the day. Was a quick, easy trip to downtown Nashville and nice to have a gated parking lot. Hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The property is clean and has good amenities. The hosts were communicative and the clean up checklist was not overwhelming. Overall a positive experience! Notes for the property owners only: \* It would be a big quality-of-stay upgrade to install towel bars or towel hooks in the bathrooms; we did not have anywhere to hang our damp towels. \* It would be a big quality-of-stay upgrade to install a wall mounted, lighted makeup mirror in the bathrooms \* Some of the doors / shower doors need a bit of TLC due to wear and tear \* It would be a a big quality-of-stay upgrade to stock coffee filters for the coffee pot \* If possible, it would be great to install an antenna for the TV so guests can access local news / weather broadcasts \* Some of the neighbors / neighboring guests enjoyed loud conversation in front of the property / parking lot after midnight.
