\-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking  
\-When booking for 30+ nights, and if your stay includes 1 or more pets, a non-refundable pet fee of $155 per pet per month will be required to be paid on top of your initial booking value  
\-If your grand total is over $10k, additional security deposit will be required to be paid after booking to equal 10% of your grand total
