Welcome to The Greenburg, a newly built single-family townhouse that boasts a spacious floor plan spanning 3 floors and accommodating up to 9 guests. The Space: The property is at the heart of East Nashville giving you a glimpse of authentic Tennessee while also providing access to downtown and an endless list of nearby attractions. This home is ideal for a large family or group that values personal space but is ready to take on all that Nashville has to offer. Upon entry, it’s evident that the decor and furnishings have been both thoughtful and tasteful to ensure guests feel right at home and have the best stay possible. The main living space is located on the second floor and is configured with the kitchen, living room, dining area, and a half bath. The living room provides ample seating on the sofa that doubles as a sleeper. Use the extra sleeping space for guests or get extra cozy and watch a movie on the smart TV. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a suite of stainless-steel appliances and additional cookware that allows you to serve up one of your signature dishes. Guests can expect to find extra appliances such as a Keurig, drip coffee maker, blender, and toaster for your convenience. The large kitchen island, with barstool seating for 4, provides plenty of extra prep space and doubles as the perfect area to gather with fellow guests to enjoy a morning brew or evening hors d'oeuvres. Adjacent to the living room, the dining room table features 2 captain's chairs and 2 large benches for seating up to 8\. The home can sleep up to 9 people comfortably between 3 bedrooms and the living room sofa sleeper. Each space has been fully furnished with neutral decor and crisp linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. Bedroom #1 is located on the ground floor and has a Twin-over-Full bunk bed. Steps away, there’s a full bathroom with a pedestal sink and tile standing shower. Bedroom #2 is located on the third floor and offers a Queen bed, closet, smart TV, and private bathroom with shower/tub combo. Bedroom #3, the master bedroom, is also located on the third floor and has a King bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, and en-suite. The en-suite boasts a double vanity and a standing shower with custom tilework. THINGS TO NOTE: There is covered parking space for one vehicle. The washer/dryer located on the 3rd floor is available for guest use. It was close to stores and restaurants and was very clean. It would have been nice to know about a separate signed agreement before paying but it was all good. The property managers checked in with me throughout the trip to make sure all was good and that was appreciated. My only complaints would be the mattresses were way too soft with no back support so my injured back didn't do too well. I also didn't know the 3rd bedroom was on the bottom floor with no tv, and separated from the other 2 bedrooms, 2 floors up. Again nothing they could have corrected once we arrived, but worth noting just so others are aware. All in all, we had a good experience and would return if in Nashville again. ##### Sonic J. The code to get in one door didn’t work but when i reached out to get it fixed they fixed it quickly. You can hear trains every night going by. The furniture was a little worn there was a brown chair hat the leather was peeling off. We enjoyed the time while we were there. The property itself is great and a good location to downtown Nashville. The management of the property and their willingness to keep up with their rental is terrible. There are ongoing issues with the AC in this unit. The AC does not work on the main floor or bottom bedroom and the owners continue to rent it without addressing the issues. We had no AC our entire 3 night stay. Just before check in we were contacted by owners and told the AC wasn’t working and a tech was coming out to fix it. The tech was not from an HVAC company and rather just a maintenance person. He arrived over 2 hrs later than original time we were told. He did not fix the issues, after two visits. I made the owners aware, they said someone would be out again and no one showed up. At that point we accepted this was an ongoing problem given all the box fans in the unit and we’d be stuck w no AC. There are also previous reviews from May 24th that the AC was an issue since then. Additionally The linens and towels we were given were dirty w makeup stains and unwashed. Upon arrival not only did we not have AC but we had to do laundry in order to shower. The stains came out which confirmed the linens were simply dirty. We were told new linens would be sent over and they never were. This listing is falsely advertised and you should consider staying elsewhere. ##### Nicole B. Séjour de 3 nuits en octobre 2022 ### 8/10 – Bien #### George C. 24 oct. 2022 #### It’s always a good time in Nashville Overall it’s a beautiful place to stay and close to everything. We enjoyed Broadway, Titans game and Grand Ole Opry. Downside was the noise at night from road and train. ##### George C. Fairly close to the city and also east Nashville neighborhoods. Lots of good places reasonably close by if you don’t wanna go downtown. Overall pretty good ##### Bret G.
