Overall this is a great option if the 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom (+ sofa bed) option and location work for you. The property is well maintained and the unit we rented was clean and quiet. The property is located on a busier street (21st Avenue South), however, the newer dual pane windows almost completely block out all traffic noise…only a very faint hum can be detected if you listen closely. Blackout curtains in the bedrooms are a plus for sleeping. And the location is surrounded by a quiet residential neighborhood and walking distance to Belmont & Vanderbilt Universities, Bitcoin Park, and the shops & restaurants on 12th Ave South.
