With an open floor plan and a spacious rooftop deck, it\`s the perfect home base for your stay in Nashville. Located in the heart of Melrose in Berry Hill, a small city within a city in Nashville also known as \`Music Hill\`. Walkable to many music hill attractions, restaurants, big machine brewery, recording studios, and escape game. 2 miles to Downtown, Broadway, and The Gulch. STRP#2025-11-30-687 This is a three level townhome with rooftop deck. The first level includes the attached garage, kitchen, dining, and living room. On the second level you have the primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath, laundry room, and another bedroom with kingbed and ensuite bath. The third level includes the bonus room and rooftop patio with fireplace, as well as two additional bedrooms with king beds, and a hall bath. Credit Card Processing Fees are non-refundable. Guests have access to the entire private home and attached two car garage that can fit two small or mid-size vehicles. One additional dedicated parking space is available behind the home. Your host is available by message or text throughout your stay. General Inquiries are answered M-F 8am-5pm CST during business hours. Emergency Calls after 9pm CST: Please call Twice in a Row from the same number to bypass Do Not Disturb Settings. Emergencies include Lockout, Busted Pipes, or other Major Issue. For Fire/Police/Medical Emergency call 911 first. Located in desirable Melrose/8South/Berry Hill and minutes from 12 South, Gulch, Downtown. Berry Hill is a small city within a city in Nashville also known as \`Music Hill\` Walkable to many Music Hill attractions, recording studios, restaurants, and escape game. 2 miles to Downtown, Broadway, and The Gulch. Coffee shops, restaurants, and bars close by. We recommend ride share when visiting downtown as parking can be challenging and expensive. • Check-in is anytime after 4PM CST unless early check-in is reserved • Check-out is 10AM CST • No parties or events. It was perfect for 4 couples. Embrace the stairs and the occasional train noise, and you will love it. The top floor living space and patio was a fun alternative to the living room downstairs. Nearby Walmart, Gas station, and food places, and not far from downtown or other attractions. Plenty of room in the three floors. Cons: Cleanliness - floors definitely need a good mop, and really check for random items (we found a toothbrush between mattress and headboard, coasters on top of window sills, sex toy on top of closet shelf, open juice in fridge, and food still caked on baking pans). Some cutains on the bedroom windows would be nice to block out early morning light. You will hear trains at all time of day night, not a huge deal breaker, but it did wake us up a few times. Also, some men came to pick up a broken couch left in the garage, but we were never notified this was going to happen. A little awkward as my mother-in-law was there by herself and wasnt aware it was going to happen. ##### Tiesa S. Everything was very clean and spacious. Also very close to downtown with plenty of other food and shopping options besides broadway. The property manager, Laura, was very responsive to our concerns and friendly. The only cons would be there is currently construction going on next door, it’s next to train tracks, and lastly the listing was advertised as 4 baths when it’s actually 3 and a half bath on the first floor. The house was clean and just as the pictures showed. We were very comfortable with plenty of space for the seven of us. We arrived at 10:30pm with our house not properly being finished with the cleaning. Cleaning supplies, dirty towels and rugs along with shampoo bottles were left scattered. 2 very loud smoke detectors were continually beeping at us saying low battery. (They also had no batteries in them and hanging from the ceiling) I called VRBO along with Laura the host multiple times to have someone come over to help us get them fixed. We had no vehicle and didn’t want to venture out at 11 to fix these things that should have been done before we arrived. When Laura did get back to us she said she was aware of the defectors going off by the cleaner at 8:30pm but according to her everyone is done working by 5pm and nobody could come over to help us. She told me ( who I’m 5’1) to climb on a ladder and unplug the smoke detectors from the 12ft ceilings. The whole situation was very unprofessional. I spent 2 hrs on hold with VRBO who also DID NOTHING to help us. I’m very upset with the whole stay because there was no communication between the host and her maintenance/cleaners.The cleaners showed up the next day asking to come get their cleaning supplies. Said they had to leave because of the loudness of the detectors and thought we didn’t check in for a couple more days. Once the maintenance finally showed up the next day at 5pm he couldn’t fix the problem. Couches were also broken upstairs so we couldn’t use them. I would not recommend this place at all. No communication with the host even those they make is seem they have 24 hr service if you need any help. ##### Kasarah R. We were amazed by how beautiful this house was. Very clean and very spacious! Only thing that we didn't like was the train being so close but it really wasn't that bad. The beds are comfortable with plenty of seating through out the houseIf you are ambitious several restaurants and bars are within walking distance, Brothers Burgers is the best. The rooftop patio was also a great place to hangout and relax. Wish there was more seating in the living room but we were able to pull up a kitchen chair when needed. Lots of steps, I believe about 18 from 1st to 2nd floor, and also from 2nd to 3rd floor. So if you aren't able to climb steps this isn't the place for you. Everything was as described, very clean. The owners were able to address the needs that I had through text message which I liked. I used the 2 car garage although I felt like I had a hard time pulling into it. We had an SUV and a mini van. Pulling in made me feel like I was going to hit the SUV. It was hard to get turned into the garage without struggling. The only complaint the teenagers had was the train that came through multiple times a night. Personally I never heard it. ##### Tina W.
