PERMIT# Listed in Pictures The Space Welcome to Pine Street Flats! Located in the Gulch, this two bedroom, two bathroom is perfect for a jam-packed weekend hanging out Downtown! With a modern, open floor plan with high ceilings, walk-in closets, and amenities like a full gym and saltwater pool, this is sure to be a great spot for your trip to Nashville! The unit has a comfortable queen-sized bed in the bedrooms and a couch in the living room for additional sleeping. Please note, the sofa can be used for sleeping a single person. We also have cots available to rent out during your stay. Please ask about them if you are interested. Guest Access You'll have full access to the entire unit during your stay, as well as the apartment complex gym, club room, & pool! Guest Interaction Our company is called UrbanNashville Vacation Rentals. We're a small and local business that strives to make your trip to Nashville great. We let our guests have their space but if needed, will be around to help. If you have any questions, concerns, or anything to share during your stay, our team will be available for you. Additionally, inside the property, you'll find a helpful booklet with our contact info, helpful info about the property, and places to check out in the area. Other Things to Note Please note: We are not responsible for pool rules set by the community. The community only allows 3 guests per apartment. → No Saturday arrival or departures allowed. We typically will have a 2-night minimum on the weekends. Minimum night stays may fluctuate with certain events and holidays. → Parking: Paid parking is available onsite. We can provide ONE parking pass for the residential section of the garage for $40/day. Residential parking guarantees one parking spot with in-and-out privileges. The second option is to park in the public section of the garage which typically starts at $40/day however WITHOUT in-and-out privileges and no guaranteed spot. \*No in -and-out privileges means if you leave the parking garage and return, you will need to restart your parking session and pay again. In wither retail or residential, UrbanNashville is not responsible for any towing, booting, or ticketing fees. Please inquire if you would like to purchase a residential parking pass prior to arrival. Public parking is paid onsite upon arrival via a parking app → We are located on the 2nd floor of our building and are accessible via a full flight of stairs or a handy elevator. :) → If this unit isn't available, we have other Pine Street Flats! → Check-in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 10 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate to other guests, we cannot guarantee that early check-in or late check-out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm. → There are a dishwasher and ice maker. Laundry is in the unit. Towels & linen are provided (including linen & pillows for the sofa bed). Travel-sized toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware are also provided. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired such as additional toilet paper. →This unit overlooks train tracks! The train comes and goes throughout the day. MTA BUSES The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and a wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors. NASHVILLE B-CYCLE Nashville's bicycle sharing program has been a huge success with locals and tourists. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card, and pick out your red bike! The neighborhood was nice with a small grocery near by as well as restaurants. My husband loved watching the trains go by from the balcony.The hosts were very responsive to any and all questions. Checkin/checkout was clearly explained and simple. It would have been a near perfect unit except for the unfortunate timing of the maintenance of a Loran rail grinder train. The noise was intrusive and continued 24/7\. It sounded like a diesel generator running non stop directly across from the unit. I know the host could not have anticipated this annoyance but because this might be a maintenance area for trains I would not chance a rental again. The sound of regular trains passing by was not a problem. Also would have appreciated a second set of bath towels. ##### Peggy L. Was looking for a beautiful scenic view outside our room; however our room had the industrial area with trains that ran outside our balcony side so kind of a turn off. A mile form the action on Broadway which is a nice walk or quick cab ride. We used the pool one afternoon, it was very nice. I would give it 5 stars because we were comfortable but the apt faces a train track and it was a bit noisy at times and the people above us were also very loud. A few things that would have made us more comfortable also, the bathroom fan is extremely loud, there was very few kitchen utensils, literally 3 adult size forks, and only a few spoons. We had to constantly wash to reuse, and no dressers for clothes or laundry basket to empty washer/dryer. ##### Evelyn E.
