Prime downtown location on 2nd & Church. Built in 1882 by the George A. Dickel Company. Short walk to the Stadium, Lower Broadway & Printer’s Alley. 75” tv in main room, 55” tvs in both bedrooms. Extra large kitchen island with skyscraper pendant lights. Curated Outlaw Country record collection. Units 301 & 302 are the only lofts on the 3rd floor. Both are 2 bedroom/2 bath, so if you have a larger group you can rent both and have the whole floor. If you need more space the 4th floor (units 401 & 402) also has two 2 bedroom/2 bath lofts. The apartment was super cool, exposed brick walls, tall ceilings, great rough cut wood window framing. The record player as a good touch as well. Check in process was super easy. Perfect location for walking to Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame, restaurants, etc. Easy to get Uber/Lyft, quick ride from the airport. This loft looks brand new! The beds are king size, so comforable with great linens (seriously, my fav bed in a rental!). Bathrooms are marble, gorgeous with nice toiletries. Kitchen is fully stocked and had a Nespresso coffee maker with pods. The fridge had a few beers! So super clean! We ended up using the air mattress (brand new, self inflating) and the extra linens stored cleanly in a rubbermaid bin. This loft is spacious, with large windows and excellent A/C. Highly recommend! However, please note that the entry door from the street does not reflect the lofts inside (it's basically an entrance to a smoke shop & liquor store). I have been to Nashville multiple times. This is by far the best place we have stayed! The location is absolutely perfect. It’s in the heart downtown and minutes from where you want to be! It’s a 5 minutes to Broadway (bars), 2 minute walk to Printers Alley, and a 12 minute walk to the Nissan stadium. There is a liquor store below, which was so convenient.
