\*\*Note regarding the pool: It is up to our HOA to determine the exact date of when the pool opens & closes throughout the year. It is heated but only enough not to freeze during the Winter.  
  
\*\*Please do not order any kind of shipment on the property as mail boxes are locked by owners!
