I did not feel as safe as I would have liked to. The place could have been cleaned better. It did not look like the plates to eat on had been cleaned at all and we saw a few bugs. House was NOT clean nor well maintained. So many issues I can’t explain them all. From confetti and fake eyelashes (entire strips) embedded in carpet to spider webs with pubic hair in bathroom. The list goes on and on. I took pictures and notified the property manager upon departure but all they would do is speak with their staff about the findings. No partial refund even for cleaning deposit. It was horrible and all adjacent homes are very old and run down. Neighborhood is very rough. The neighborhood is in an area of Nashville that is currently being revitalized. Backyard/driveway is gated, which provided a good, safe place for parking 2 vehicles. The yard itself could use some attention. Communication with property manager was prompt and excellent, when we reported a sofa leg that needed to be repaired.
