BUNK BED SAFETY WARNINGS: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk. Property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. This rental was perfect and right on the marathon course. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Very clean and stocked well with everything we needed. Would only suggest that the beds listed in the common area be clear that includes a blow up air mattress. This building was on the course and super easy for us to cheer at mile 3 and 8\. Bonus points for location proximity to both Vanderbilt and Belmont. ##### Hayley G. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The location worked great. We were able to walk to many places and it was an easy Uber to anywhere else.
