The vaulted ceilings, the stained concrete floors, the marble countertops, the floor to ceiling windows, and the beautiful outdoor living spaces will make you love this home. After a fun day out exploring Nashville, come back to relax in this spacious and comfortable house. We thoughtfully designed this space with your ease in mind. The rooftop deck has a dining table and chairs. The fully fenced in yard has patio seating and a gas grill. The living room has a TV with Netflix and all the apps you could want. Please note the fireplace does not work. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to cook and bake. Although parking is free, you don't need a car for this location. Many exciting things are right by us. The airport is only about 15 minutes away as well. There are plenty of Ubers, Lyft and taxis readily available. Our house is in a great location to enjoy all the things that Music City has to offer!

Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times. This is monitored with outside cameras. No local bookings allowed.
Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.
Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.
No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors!

ALL ANIMALS MUST be approved in advance of your booking. Don't try to sneak an animal in - we will know! It will be a $500 fine. Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds. You must pick up any paste waste left in the yard and throw away in the garage. $125 pet fee that must be approved prior to your stay.

Nice location with easy access to downtown and the Opry, good food options nearby. Nice yard for the dogs to roam around in. The house has a lot of space to relax, and the rooftop patio is a nice option. Host was very responsive and worked to get us in early.

#### Perfect in every way!
We use VRBO 1 to 2 times a month as we require a lot of travel with our business. We are also in Nashville a lot so we have stayed in over 10 VRBOs. This home was absolutely perfect for us. Location to many of our favorite restaurants in East Nashville, easy drive to downtown, groceries just down the street. Home was very clean, loved the backyard and the beds slept great! We will absolutely stay here again. Host was wonderful.

#### Great stay in Nashville!!
The property was exactly as described, on a very quiet street! We loved the fully fenced yard for our dog. The house had everything we needed for our stay, and especially liked the roof top deck with a view of downtown Nashville. We had a very quick stay- we were touring Vanderbilt, but I would definitely pick this house again for a longer visit!!

We really liked this home! The home was in a great location with lots of places walking distance. The roof top had a beautiful view and we only wish it was a little warmer so we could have enjoyed it more. Great Thanksgiving weekend stay! Cosy and comfortable. Highlight sunset toast on rooftop deck. Nashville highlight in general was rooftop drink at LA Jackson for views across the city, then dinner at Marsh House, both in the Thompson Hotel.

#### Relaxing Nashville stay
Lovely modern home with a convenient location and comfy beds. My friends and I had an easy drive to Broadway, Grand Ol Opry, and area restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised to find great places to eat very close by without going into the city. Amy made our stay a pleasant one.

Enjoyed our stay in nashville. This property was clean and just as pictured. We got to all the sights we wanted to see easily and enjoyed the time in the house in between. The fenced yard was a bonus for our pup too!

#### Nashville Home with Wonderful Rooftop View
Great location a short drive from downtown Nashville. There was plenty of space for four of us. The house appeared clean and well organized. We did have a few snafus with a missing television remote control the first night and no WiFi connection the following night. We also saw a couple of roaches when we came home from dinner on the second night. I contacted Amy immediately and asked for her to send a pest control company out asap and she did send them to spray the next day. Unfortunately, this still left us feeling a bit on edge. We also had an electrical outage for about an hour in the morning. Although it was a nice house, I can’t say that it was a relaxing vacation due to having to communicate with Amy on so many issues.

#### Great place in Nashville
This location was a perfect spot for us for our week in Nashville. It was easy to get to downtown as well as to the softball fields. Very nice roof deck to hang out at especially at night with the lights. The yard was a great size and liked the lights added as well. Inside, the rooms were spacious and a great fit for my family. Great Mexican restaurant down the street as well as grocery stores around the area! I would recommend this location if you are visiting Nashville.
