Music Row is one of the most iconic neighborhoods in Nashville. It\`s where all of your favorite celebrity musicians record the songs we know and love today! Some of the greatest stars in country music are recording, writing and taking meetings on this street daily. Within minutes you can walk to places like Well Coffeehouse, Hattie B\`s, Losers/Winners, the Baked Bear, Tin Roof, Virgin Hotel, iconic rooftop bars, and so much more.   
  
You\`ll have the entire condo to yourself! The rooftop deck, lounges, conference room and gym are shared building amenities that you will have access to.  
  
Parking in the garage is unassigned and on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additional free street parking also available. The Pool is open seasonally. It is up to our HOA to determine when it closes and opens each year. We are located right by the pool, so some noise is to be expected.  
  
This property requires a refundable damage deposit (assuming no damage) prior to your stay. This will be collected by the host directly, separate of this platform.  
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.  
  
Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is \`accepted\`. If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.  
  
All animals must be approved in advance of your booking. $75 pet fee and they must be added to your reservation. Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds.  
  
Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We\`ve put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.  
  
No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors!
