Great Location! Trendy East Nashville, 2.5 miles to Nissan Stadium and downtown

Voted one of the hottest USA neighborhoods by Redfin, Eastwood is located in East Nashville and less than 2 miles from downtown Nashville. You'll be staying in a great neighborhood, yet blocks, and a very short distance to everything you'll love about Nashville.
Lockland Table restaurant is less than a mile away along with many other local establishments to visit including antiques, clothing, unique gifts, and so much more. On top of the local eclectic mix surrounding you in East Nashville, the downtown vibe is only 2 miles from your door step!
We welcome you to Nashville and would love to host you durning your visit. This is a renovated home, just completed October 2016. We are a non-smoking property, and just ask you take care of it as your own. We thank you in advance as do our future guests. :)
Our 1930's cottage has two bedrooms and one bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. The bathroom will have plenty of towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner.......everything you will need for your stay. In each bedroom you'll find very comfortable beds with only the best sheets and comforter. In one bedroom you will have a king bed just added in 2024 and the other room a queen. Each bedroom also includes a sit down area with mirror and hair dryer along with a full length mirror as well. No need to stay in the bathroom when you have a comfy seat to get ready for your day with everything at the makeup vanity table in both bedrooms. Just added a steamer located in the front bedroom closet to take the wrinkles out before you go out!
The new West Elm couch converts to another queen bed with memory foam, sleeping 2 more guests. In all your cottage sleeps 6 very comfortably.
The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you will need during your stay. Washer and Dryer is also included with laundry soap for the wash.
A large screen TV is ready for you in the living room along with Free WiFi and a Crosley Record Player with a wide range of albums for you to enjoy during your stay.
Lastly, out the back door you'll find a comfortable deck with lights to relax with friends/family. We really think you'll enjoy our cottage/surrounding area and can't wait to hear about your stay!

Great house in a great location

We loved this house. So cute and clean and we loved the deck out back. The location is great. Cute neighborhood out crowded downtown. Walking distance to some great places. Gary was very responsive and a good host. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great place for our family of 4. Location was perfect, loved the beds and the shower. We could have easily walked to the grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants, and it was only a short drive into downtown for the farmers market and shopping. The host Gary was so responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Perfect house and location for our needs

My teenage daughter and I came out for a softball tournament in Nash and this house was perfect for us. The beds are super comfy, kitchen had everything we needed & the large backyard has a nice porch to hang out and eat dinner on. The neighborhood is safe & quiet and Publix is conveniently a short walk for groceries. We even walked to downtown (about 40 min) to see the fireworks. There are plenty of restaurants & pubs to stop at along the way. The owner is accommodating and responds quickly. The location is convenient to downtown and to highway access for day trips. I highly recommend!

Wonderful Property

We had a girls trip to Nashville and it was the first time we had been there.The rental property worked very well for us and Gary was wonderful to work with. I personally loved having my morning coffee on the front porch, watching the birds enjoy the morning as well.The location of the home was wonderful also! Close to restaurants and coffee shops and just a short drive to Broadway. Exactly what we wanted!
Cummins State Park is worth the drive!

Short but sweet

Cute little house. Nice for a couple wanting a quiet spot. No TVs in the rooms made it difficult for my in laws to fall asleep, but I love quiet, so no TV was a nice touch for me. The neighborhood was precious.. and convenient to the grocery store and “SlowHand”-which was D-LISH! Late pizza at Florence pizza was yummy too. My only house recommendation is little hook locks in the bathroom. . Thank you for accommodating us

Excellent location

Visiting from the PNW for my birthday. Came to see a concert at Nissan Stadium and experience downtown Nashville. Soaked it all in during our 4 days. Only advice is if you ise Uber to get around, be picky with drivers and where to get dropped off. Had a couple issues with drivers that did not know town very well and a couple more that cancelled on us when we were on a tight schedule. Otherwise, this location and cottage was perfect for our needs.

Perfect East Nashville stay

We had everything we needed in this adorable East Nashville bungalow during our visit back to our old home city! The location cannot be beat and we appreciated all the not-so-little things that are so often missing from rental homes… like incredibly fluffy towels, comfy beds, and soap and shampoo for our stay. Our family of 3 had a wonderful stay and would rent this house again in a heartbeat!

Kind and Concerned host

First, thank you to the host for checking in with us because of the inclement weather. You don’t get that from a corporate hotel. Overall the property house and all of the rooms were in great shape. It was all clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. The couch and other furniture were adequate too. My wife was happy that the house wasn’t overly fragranced from cleaners which we notice at other places. We didn’t use all of the property’s features such as the deck or backyard but since the place was within close proximity to downtown and the main drag of the neighborhood with it’s coffee shops and restaurants we could do anything we wanted within a short drive or walk.We will be staying here again next time we visit.

Great place with a great owner

When a minor inconvenience came up, I reached out to Gary on the website and he called me less than a minute later and fixed the issue. The house is great and in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. Five stars is the max, but I’d give more if I could.

Cool, convenient and comfortable.

My partner, friend, mother and I stayed here for 2 nights. I had stayed in East Nashville before and wanted to recreate the experience. Pearl Diver was only a couple blocks away and we could conveniently walk to other bars in the area. Everything else was only a 15 minute drive or Uber away. The cute tiny house was quaint and old. The king size bed and comforters were VERY comfortable. The record player and selection of country records were an adorable touch. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!

Gary’s home was above what we expected. I can’t go on enough about how lovely it was. There wasn’t anything we could have needed. The house was near everything yet you wouldn’t have known it. It was quiet. Gary was very quick to answer any questions we had. This is definitely a gem if you are interested in Nashville with a home feel. Highly recommend!
