Too cramped up.
Room size is very small. The shower cubicle and toilet are actually small cubicles in the room. Theres no separate bathroom, which is very uncomfortable if you’re not living alone.

This place was best before lockdown would have rated 5 of 5. This time it's some what okay. Disappointment was breakfast which lacked test, quality and variety.

The food arrangement and staff at express cafe were horrible. They did not had any non veg items t Ala carte and were being forced for buffett option. The staff in morning was unable to cope with morning rush. When i tried to help as self service , snide remarks were passed. They all seem to be in experienced fresher with just few months of the college. A senior restaurant manager was clearly needed

The hotel is equipped with all the modern gadgets wchich is very helpful to customer. Breakfast was very good and the all the employees of the hotel is very cordial. It is worth for the money paid.

Decent Budget Hotel
Hotel is neat clean and tidy and good value for money. There was some issue with the reservation but seemed more like a Hotels.com issue rather than a hotel issues. Rooms are really small but then the hotel is also very economical. Serious issues at breakfast time. No tables, no food, no service. The hotel apparently was fully sold out. But that does not justify such poor service

OK but service to improve
Stay was ok, service needs improvement, especially security guards and even front desk in some way. As it is a budget hotel so I can understand the smaller rooms and less variety in breakfast but improved service can make one's stay memorable.

This hotel is in a very good location with easy access to all wineries and other important locations in Nashik, but the problem is rooms are too small. All rooms in the hotel are not more than 150 sq ft and you would feel very suffocated in that small room. They have only 2 rooms which are for handicapped persons that are slightly bigger. Maybe this hotel is designed for business travellers but the size of the rooms should be shown on the website while you make the booking. Water pressure in the shower was not even and the breakfast was OK. The only good thing about the hotel was their staff who always tried to help you but with limited options in their hand they were helpless in some case . I would recommend this hotel only for business travellers who just have to stay for few nights. Definitely not a good hotel with family.

New hotel with tiny cramped rooms and no coffee/tea maker in the room and limited time room service. Complimentary breakfast was average with long wait for items to get replenished.

Very small room. No space to even put your bag. When I checked out lady at reception asked me to pay for room which I have paid 1 month in advance through hotels.com. she said that my payment did not go through and I have to pay. After 15 min of argument I have to show her my bank statement and details which proves that I have paid and money is been deducted 1 month ago. Then she called some one and said that expedia sent them voucher which is not working so I can go and they will sort it out with expedia. What a waste of time. Never going to stay with them again. To be fair just opposite to this hotel there is one another hotel where I am going to stay next time. Stay away from this hotel

Experience was a great one. Food was awesome. Room cleaniness was at its best Two things to improve are theres no staff to take our luggage at the room. Its very good hotel but no swimming pool facilities.

The Hotel is good, but rooms are small. Of course, it is value for money. It is perfect for single traveler using only for overnight sleep and some work.

The rooms are small and variety is not there for food. Staff is amazing. Non smoking rooms only is a turn off. They changed my room and the one I got was better. Centralised AC is a bad idea. Cannot open windows was a pain. Cleanliness is very good. Shower was great.

Nice and suitable for short stays.
Well maintained facility with ample car park. They have bunker beds for child. Rooms are neat and clean. This is a no frill self serve hotel and very good for stay over for a night. Rooms are small with compact bath room.

i was book 8 room from your side. after taken permission from hotel staff and want to give half day charge they send my guest two time back. I already given you my full details of credit card . they send my guest two time back it is very embarrassing me in my son marriage. you said to hotel management this is not France this is India. every time they said this is french management. the treatment was very bad.

Great stay...
The hotel is on the Nasik-Mumbai highway. Rooms are clean, friendly staff, great food. You also get high speed wifi connectivity. Overall experience was nice... give it a try.
