We're glad you're here! We look forward to hosting you and your family for a relaxing get away. Our home is the perfect destination for a family-friendly vacation, as we offer spacious living quarters that can comfortably accommodate all of your loved ones. Experience the peaceful and quiet outdoors, where you can unwind and enjoy quality time together. We are dedicated to ensuring your stay is memorable and comfortable, offering accommodating facilities and amenities. We hope to see you soon! There are 5 bedrooms, a loft area and 8 beds...(1 King suite. 7 queen beds). All rooms are spacious and minimalistic. Main Floor: On the main floor we have 3 gorgeous bedrooms, a full kitchen with an open floor plan that is connected to the living room, a dining room, and 2 full baths(one connected to the master bedroom). These three bedrooms have spacious closets, and you can find a pack-n-play in the master closet. We also have the mud/laundry room on this floor. The kitchen is stocked with cooking pots and pans, and has plenty of dinnerware and utensils. There is also an island that seats 4\. We have a spacious double door and pull out freezer, with a built-in ice maker. We know how it is to travel, so we took one item off your list for you, coffee. In this kitchen we have a (Mr. Coffee) coffee maker and coffee, ready for you to brew. In the downstairs kitchen we also have a Keurig with K-cups. Attached to the Kitchen is our beautiful wood stained dining room table that seats 8\. We also have a floor to ceiling pantry for you to store any of your food during your stay. In the Livingroom of the main floor we have a mounted flat screen TV, and infant safe children's toys. All the bathrooms are stocked with plenty of towels, wash cloths, and toilet paper. We also supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash for your trip. A washer and dryer are in the laundry room right inside the west side door. We have it stocked with laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and cleaning supplies for any messes made during your stay. Upstairs: Our loft is upstairs, and has two rooms. Both of these rooms have 2 queen beds, and one has a clothes hanger rack. Downstairs: In the basement we have a game room, a full kitchen, a Livingroom, a full bath and one bedroom. In the game room we have a few more children's toys, like a mini kitchen play set, with a mini table and chairs. We also have a shuffle board, and train table. On the other side of the basement we have a full kitchen. We have a microwave, Keurig coffee maker with K-cups. We also have a pantry, fridge and spice rack that you are welcome to use. Attached to the kitchen we have a Livingroom. We also have a full bath, stocked well for your trip, and a bedroom with a spacious closet. Outside: We are located back in the woods, and it is absolutely gorgeous outside no matter what season it is. We have a back patio with seating and a grill. Over to the left of the house is a bonfire pit, with chairs, and a beautiful pathed garden. We also have string lights over the bonfire, that you can turn on by plugging in. In the backyard we have a wood-chipped area with a swing set, and sand box, with a children's picnic table. Our backyard is open and flat with plenty of space for games, like spikeball, volleyball, football, cornhole etc. We also have some friendly animals, like Diesel the goat, and Oreo and Vanilla the sheep. Please do not walk back the driveway past the row of green giant arborvitaes. Neighbors live back there and it is private property. ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL PARTY'S! No alcohol unless permitted by host. One of the cleanest homes ive ever rented. A few nice touches when we entered were fresh cinnamon Buns in the kitchen, soft music playing and the fireplace on the TV. Perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of room for all of us. Beautiful property inside and out. Diesel the goat was very friendly and loved being fed. Darlene has everything you need possible. Will definitely stay again. The location is serene but yet not far from Walmart, restaurants, anttractions etc. Dutch wonderland was amazing but is mainly strictly kiddo rides. Dorney park is good too but a lot of walking up and down hills and if in the summer it’s a lot. Philadelphia bus tour was amazing on the double decker bus. Enough rooms so each family unit could have their own spot and plenty of space for our almost 5 year old to run around, play on swing set, feed goats, and play downstairs in play area. Lots of room to sit together for meals around dining table. Kitchen is very well stocked. Fire circle was nice for relaxing in the evening and roasting marshmellows. Nice remote tranquil spot but still close enough to markets, ice cream shop, and other sites in Lancaster Co. Darlene is a great host, very response and made sure the place was clean and ready for us. Only issue was that for a few people thought some of the beds seemed a bit too hard.
