"This beautiful home was perfect for our family for six adults and four small children. We live in three different states, so coming to your house allowed us to spend extended time together. One of our favorite activities was flying paper airplanes from the balcony of the top floor to the living room. Thank you for leaving two small foam airplanes to inspire us. The living room was a great place to gather to read a pile of children’s books intermittently throughout our days with our little ones. At night, the adults enjoyed watching football games together. The dining room table was just the right size for us – so glad there was a high chair for the baby – thank you! The kitchen allowed us to fix our meals and had plenty of room for us to be together and have little ones playing at our feet while we cooked. Much running took place in the side yard – balls were kicked, bubbles blown, grasshoppers were caught and released and little bodies happily rolled down the hill over and over. Even the driveway became a place of play with brightly colored sidewalk chalk creations. We were grateful for our comfortable beds at night and our grandchildren especially enjoyed their baths in the big bathtub off of the master bedroom. We highly recommend this Bridgeton get away"

"My husband and I rented from Ryan for a long weekend to go to the Fryeburg Fair which was apx 30minute ride. Place was wicked clean and in a great location. Close to the center of Bridgton which has cool little shops and a few restaurants. This rental is on a main road but we barely heard any traffic from cars and trucks driving by. I love sitting in the hot tub after waking around the fair all day. The only draw back is there isn't a table next to the hot tub to place my drink but I managed. I would definitely rent from Ryan again if I needed to stay in the area. I left my favorite Red Sox baseball hat at the rental and he offered to mail it back to me."

"We loved this place and if we needed anything they were a message away. This place is huge and so beautiful! We saw turkeys and deer every day!"

"We booked this location, because we wanted to go to the Fryburg Fair and North Conway Outlets. It was just 20 minutes from Fryburg and 40 minutes from North Conway. In the evenings we sat out on the patio and checked out the foliage at the Pond. There was an extra friendly neighborhood dog that stopped by for a quick visit."

"Everything was great overall! A few things that should be mentioned specifically in the listing... Zero cell service (Verizon) in the area. AT&T was spotty. Don't plan on using your Google maps at all until close to Bridgton. Other is my son is 6'.5" and had trouble getting through to the bathroom under a ladder. Even my 6' husband bonked his head more than once, but son literally had to duck and turn sideways all of the time. Its not safe. The furniture should be rearranged to accommodate a proper walk way into the bathroom if going to continue to rent. Also, there were cigarette butts all over the ground outside. That was gross. Its kept up for the family that lives there, but not really for outside renters. I would have preferred a bit more clean. The furniture and mattresses should be updated, either saggy or springy. And it should be mentioned that the shower is tiny and floor close to caving in (rotten). The price was a bit steep considering all this. The hostess was great in giving lots of info for the area. If you have a decent size boat, please note will not be able to get through Mountain Rd bridge. We were not able to get to the beaches and also fishing ended up being very limited. We made the very best of it and did have alot of fun! Would recommend if price was a little less or some of those things updated. Great location!!!!"
