"With a son in Boston, a daughter in Providence, and my husband and I in northern Ct, we wanted a chance to spend the day together surfing, celebrating our daughter's birthday and being together for a night without having to drive home late. This place was perfect! Cleand, quiet, spacious, with all the amenities for a great last minute getaway!"

"It was exactly what we needed! We were here for our daughters graduation from URI. We had extended family with us and we all fit with plenty of space. The dogs were welcome, and there was no dog smell that some dog friendly rentals have!!! We were within walking distance of the trails so I could take them for exercise every morning!! We have been visiting here a few times a year for the past 5 years and we have always done hotels or motels, I would come back to this house again!!! Everything...

"Open space outdoors for children. Adults/those not needing to go to bed super early may enjoy a spot closer to the water and nightlife. Location is far enough back from the road to be safe for all ages, but off a busy road near a school and park- feels like a suburban neighborhood rather than a beach vacation spot. Clean, well appointed."

"This property was perfect for our family of 11. We had plenty of sleeping space and the kitchen was very well supplied with all the necessities. We spent a lot of time on the patio. We walked to local restaurants and along the sea wall to see the beautiful ocean scenery. Very short drive to the beach with its soft sand and crystal clear water. Traveled to Newport, Jamestown and Wickford which were all short drives away. We would love to stay here again with its perfect location!"
