The neighborhood is lovely, we enjoyed the walks to the beach and on the trails. One can easily tell that the owners really care about their property, it is well maintained, tastefully decorated and very comfortable for everyone! Joe was very responsive and helpful! Everyone had plenty of room and the house was beautifully decorated. It was nestled into a quite neighborhood but was a short drive from everything you could need (grocery store, gas stations, restaurants and even a cute brewery that we stumbled upon!) We had a great time exploring the area during the day and coming back to the house in the evening to hang out. The owner was extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. Families can gather together but also can find little quiet nooks to read a book or just have some quiet time. Kitchen is stocked w all you need and there are chairs and towels for the beach. Owners are very welcoming and flexible. Area is perfect - lots of great restaurants and beaches. We tried three restaurants from the book the owners provided - all were outstanding.
