This home has great charm! Everything you want in a cozy beach house set on a private road. Large yard with great sunset views. It is centrally located in Narragansett where you are close to many area beaches (1-3 miles radius), shopping, restaurants and The Block Island Ferry!! The bedrooms and the living room have air condition window units installed. There is a patio with gas grill and a yard. It is at the end of a private road so its very quiet! The outside of the house has a new walkway wrapping around the front house to a new patio that seats 6 people with a gas grill overlooking the back yard. It was very clean and had a nice layout for sleeping, eating and cooking. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook up a great dinner of fish we bought in Galilee Port only a few mintues away! Communication with the host was easy and the checkout procedure was a breeze (unlike some other places i've stayed in the past). The location was great. It always took us around 15 minutes or less to get anywhere we needed to go. One suggestion - since there is no street sign you might want to point out the red and white striped pipe by the mail boxes that we ended up using as a landmark to find the road. The home is spacious, well decorated and has a well stocked kitchen. We loved it! The property manager was super responsive as well. Highly recommend this property! ##### Jen M.
