For an old hotel, it's still very well maintained and their staff is very couteous. Although the furniture is a little outdated or overused, it's still clean and cozy. This hotel is best for having overnight layovers at Narita Airport

Paid $97 CAD ($70 US) for a room including breakfast which overall was great value. Rooms are older but fine, though caulking was totally missing around the edge of the bathtub which I would advise the hotel to fix to avoid mold (unless I'm not understanding why it's missing). Free shuttle bus to and from the airport but I wound up taking a cab to the hotel because the wait was 45 minutes, but if it's timed right that would have been very convenient.

Price of the hotel was very good. They offered free airport shuttle to and from the hotel. Buses were in excellent condition and the hotel is less than 10 minutes away. The hotel looks quite nice from the outside, and the lobby looks fancy as well but the actual floor our room was on looked really shabby. The carpet looked quite dirty with stains and the hallway was very dark. The room itself was okay. We tried the breakfast buffet for 1,700 yen in the morning and it was excellent! The eating area overlooked beautifully landscaped gardens with a pond with these large koi.

It was nice big room for family of 5 (2 adults and 3 little kids). We booked 3 beds room and the air conditioning wasn't working properly. It was February but when we stayed it was really warm days and we are from Canada so it was really hot for us. We had to open the window but it didn't cool down much. Other than that, staff were very friendly and polite. Super helpful. Shuttle bus service was useful.

Good hotel for layover
We stayed here for 1 night, had to catch a connecting flight the next day. The hotel is conveniently located just 10 mins away from the airport. It has shuttle bus service to and from the airport, the rooms were spacious, and the vibe was quite alright. They even had a small convenience store in the lobby so if you need to stock up on supplies, you don't have to get out of the hotel. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

The outside walk area was pretty and nice. The staff were great; they were very friendly and helpful. The shuttles to the station and mall were fantastic. Great job.

This hotel doesn’t offer room service, and doesn’t have any restaurant option after breakfast, additionally no delivery service goes to that hotel. The hotel smells to cigarette everywhere, even in a non smoking room. It is old and looks old.

Rooms are quite dated. AC did not work, which if not working in summer would be a problem but it was probably turned off by the staff for the fall / winter. The in-room Wi-Fi did not work but we were provided with a pocket Wi-Fi which worked well in and out of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was quite large for the price. The room was quiet. The transport from the airport and to / from town was punctual. Over all it was good value for the money.

My husband and I had a great time in this hotel after arriving to the Narita airport at late night. Shuttle bus came in time and took us to the hotel and we were able to grab some great snacks, drinks and food in a small convenient store located within the hotel operating late. The room was dated but very spacious, comfortable with a great view of a forest and came with separate bathtub and shower. Toilet came with bidet. But the highlight for us was the breakfast buffet ! So many choices, multiple miso soups, udon, rice, porridge, Japanese and Chinese side dishes, bread, sweets, yogurt.. you name it.. it even had a vegetable shabu shabu if you want really healthy. And it wasn’t just a show, it was all very well prepared and tasty. And multiple staff are helping and cleaning all the time. The dining room had a beautiful view of Japanese garden with koi pond. We had a package deal with the room and honestly it was one of the best breakfast buffet ever and what a great deal. We will be back.
