### Holiday Home 'Villa Riggia - La Masseria' with Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located on the stunning Ionian coast, just 100 meters from the Porto Selvaggio nature reserve—whose beach you can reach on foot in just over 10 minutes—Villa Riggia offers a unique stay surrounded by nature. This historic masseria, built in the mid-1700s in the “Cenate” area, is renowned for its many period villas that once served as noble summer residences.  
  
Villa Riggia is set within a 30,000 m² park featuring olive groves, orchards, a pine forest, swimming pool, tennis court, football pitch, barbecue area, and parking. The property consists of the main building on the ground floor and 4 annexes, totaling 9 bedrooms: the main building's ground floor with 4 bedrooms, Agrumeto annex with 1 bedroom, Tennis annex with 2 bedrooms, and Stalla annex with 2 bedrooms. The first floor is used by the owner.  
  
The villa accommodates up to 18 guests, with an additional six to eight beds available on sofa beds and extra beds. Each apartment has a kitchenette and a private outdoor area. The spacious ground-floor apartment offers a large kitchen and ample outdoor space, perfect for gathering all guests. Wi-Fi is available under the covered patio, furnished with a table and sofas. Sports facilities such as the pool, tennis court, football, and volleyball courts are not part of the rental contract but may be used by guests at their own responsibility.
