Casa Sabre is a vacation apartment in Nardò, in the
historic center a stone`s throw from Acquaviva Castle, a few minutes`
walk from Piazza Salandra and all the main services.
The vacation home offers up to 4 beds. There are: air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, coffee maker, electric oven, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The two-room apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone.

Casa Sabre is a two-room apartment consisting of a large living room
with double sofa bed, open kitchen, dining room. Next to it is the
double bedroom.
The house is completed by a shower room. Air
conditioning is in the living room, and it also cools the sleeping area
as the room has no door.

The two-room apartment Casa Sabre is located in the historic center of Nardò, a stone`s throw from the Castello degli Acquaviva, the botanical garden and all the beauties of the ancient city.
All services are at hand, within walking distance. The house is in ZTL h 24.
The
nearest beaches are those of the coast of Nardò, Santa Caterina and
Santa Maria al Bagno, reachable by car in less than 10 minutes. 



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning only in the living room.
- In a private area, not accessible by car.
