Villino La Caletta is a holiday home for 5 guests near the beach of Torre Squillace, Porto Cesareo and Sant\`Isidoro. It\`s equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, tv and mosquito nets. Pets are not allowed.

The holiday home is introduced by a small porch  
and it opens into a living room with kitchenette. A corridor divides  
the living room from the sleeping area, which consists of a triple bedroom and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Moreover, there is another bathroom with shower.  
The surroundings of the holiday home between Porto Cesareo and Sant\`Isidoro  
Villino  
La Caletta is a seafront holiday home in Torre Squillace, within  
walking distance from the beach by the ancient watchtower. It\`s close to  
a café, pizzerias, mini-market. It\`s in a quiet area on the coast  
between Porto Cesareo and Sant\`Isidoro, which are both very close.  
  
\- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).  
\- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.  
\- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.  
\- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.  
\- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.  
\- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.  
\- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.  
\- Air conditioning in the living room and in the corridor.  
\- The ensuite bathroom is without bidet.  
\- Water not drinkable.
