Narbonne- 1 night stay
For the type of hotel, it was great. Short walk to center of town, or the train station. Hotel was clean and all was good - small kitchen in case you want to have some food in room, use of refrigerator is great.

Have had bad experiences booking hotels in France but we were very happy with our accommodation. Small kitchen, fridge and a tiny dishwasher! Could have been a bit cleaner, just needed floors sweeping. Close enough to walk to train station and eating shopping areas. Overall very good.

I really liked Zenitude Narbonne and would recommend it. It's about 10 minutes walk from the SNCF rail station and the main square and Cathedral. The property is modern, comfortable, clean and well-maintained. The staff at reception were very friendly and attentive. I would stay here again if I come back to Narbonne. Thank you!

The room is good size and the hotel is in a good location with easy access to city center and the train station. The staff were great, Very friendly and accommodating. The hot water in the room wasn’t enough. I need to wait for it to recharge. The breakfast was not good with only few options.

Apartment style
Great location- easily walkable distance to everything we wanted to see. Great apartment with kitchenette and a heated towel rail. Very spacious. Even had a laundry in the basement.

Great affordable hotel in Narbonne
Excellent location and room condition. Much sought after fresh, clean environment in the August heat. Spacious room and ensuite, strong shower, heated towel rack to dry clothes and small kitchenette to cook a small dinner. Walking distance to centre location and train station. Visited Bezier during stay here which was also great.

The short 10 min walk from the train station was very convenient. Not many restaurant choices, and the hotel reception was not very friendly or informative. It was pretty clean though, and we slept well.

Customer Service needs to be a priority!
I asked for one further pillow per bed and when the receptionist presented them to me, they looked kind of wrinkled and I asked 'are they clean?' to which the receptionist said 'no!'. I just looked at her. and then she said 'of course they're clean!' I was taken aback by this. Didn't like her attitude.

Good hotel in Narbonne for cyclists.
Clean , comfortable , quiet room. Good breakfast with a variety of choice. The garage has a storage room for cycles. Reasonably central.

Overall cleanliness of the room was marginal at best. 4 star rated room with a filthy Bed Bug Stained Mattress and Bed Bug Stained Mattress Cover. How is that possible? There’s no 24 hour reception, after 2200hrs you are on your own.You’ve been forwarned.

Air conditioning is a con!
Location good and parking available on site. Breakfast advertised at €9 but charged €11. Not worth it. Air conditioning is fixed at set temperature so not adjustable and was far too hot at night time. When questioned staff said nothing they could do and temperature would remain set at 24 degrees. Specifically picked this hotel for parking and air con but only supplied with one of these as the version of aircon available is not air conditioning! 😰

Hotel location is very good and price was good. The hotel is very simply, they even ask you to take out your rubbish. AC is not a proper air conditioning unit; it was set to 24 degrees and you couldn't change it.
