Stunning AIR B and B with stunning views
This is a one bedroom, dining room and living room with well equipped kitchen. Every detail has been carefully thought out, high end appliances, beautiful furniture, whimsical art on the walls, a king size bed with wonderful bedding, a dressing area in the bedroom and a 180 view of Okanagan Lake from the windows and private deck! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need during your stay. The living room is a mix of lovely comfortable furniture with gorgeous soft furnishings. The owners live upstairs and are welcoming (we received some fresh vegetables from Anna’s garden) but give you privacy. We enjoyed our time there immensely. Flawless❤️❤️❤️

The Nest is an absolutely gorgeous, spacious and very well equipped one bedroom suite. The view is incredible. A lovely place to unwind. We biked, explored some vineyards, went swimming at local beaches, etc. Naramata is incredibly beautiful. We'd never been there before but we will return!

Spectacular View
Perfect choice for a week on the Naramata. We stayed in the beautifully decorated Nest suite. It was very spacious, super clean, well equipped and with stunning views from the bedroom, living room and deck. Wonderfully comfortable bed and bedding. Alan provided us with a day long private wine tour that was both lots of fun and a great learning experience. We look forward to our next visit.

Gorgeous apartment, glorious view.
Ana has really put her designer touches to this very large & comfortable apartment. We spent many hours lounging and eating out on the big deck enjoying the spectacular view! The kitchen is well stocked. The location perfect for visiting wineries or going into Penticton to enjoy their trendy downtown restaurants.

We loved everything about this property. Alan and Anna are so helpful and their communication is excellent. The place is immaculate and the attention to detail is fantastic. Every room is beautifully appointed and you feel completely at home. The deck has a beautiful view and comfy loungers to relax on. Being in the heart of Naramata is perfect as you can pop out to a few wineries so easily. We couldn’t recommend this rental more and we cannot wait to rebook!

Perfect Wine Country Getaway
My wife and I had an amazing time at Villa Magnolia. Alan and Anna were so great from the moment we arrived to the morning we said our goodbyes. The "Nest" was just as advertised. We wanted for nothing...they thought of everything and everything was just as we would have wanted it. Super Comfortable bed Well stocked Kitchen Lovely Bathroom The most amazing patio and View One of the best decisions we made was to hire Alan to host us on a private wine tour for the day. It was probably one of our best days in Naramata...Alan is very knowledgeable and he obviously well connected as we were able to meet the owners from 3 of the 5 wineries we visited with each of then presenting their wines to us exclusively. He arranged everything including a great recommendation for lunch. Very cool. We also rented their pedal assisted bikes for our own excursion including the KVR trail and of course hit a couple of our own wineries! Thanks Allan and Anna, we not only have found a jewel of a place in Naramata, we also feel like we have new friends. Pete and Lisa

Villa Magnolia review
We absolutely loved our stay in Naramata. Alan and Anna’s place was immaculate, well stocked and in a great location with an amazing view. There are many vineyards in the vicinity and we were also able to make a day trip to Oliver and Okanagan Falls. The hosts are available if you need anything and provided very helpful instructions and recommendations for our stay. We would recommend staying here if you get the chance.

Great view of lake. Property was very clean and well decorated. Great guide to local wineries and area was provided by owner. Walking wine tour does involve a few hills and narrow roads, so make sure you are comfortable with the effort. Not a party pad, quiet is expected. Kitchen very well appointed and stocked with a few basics ( coffee real cream!).

A Gem in Naramata
My husband and I have stayed at a number of VRBO vacation properties around the world, but The Nest at Villa Magnolia is one of the best we have encountered. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and will most definitely return. Its location, cleanliness, amenities, and friendliness of the hosts were exceptional. All of this made for a perfect summer getaway in wine drenched Naramata.

Villa Magnolia is absolutely beautiful. We stayed at the Nest for a 3 night mini-moon after our wedding. The hosts have thoughtfully curated every detail of this lovely place. We enjoyed every minute. We loved sitting on the porch and looking out at the lake and gardens so much that we barely did any wine tasting while there, despite the proximity to several beautiful wineries. Just an exquisite place. We will be back.

As this was our first VRBO experience, we had no idea what to expect. Alan and Anna could not have been more helpful and thorough in getting us settled in. The Nest suite is spectacular. There isn’t anything they haven’t thought of, and although the space inside us amazing, you’re even more drawn to the view outside. It’s a hidden gem.

Beautiful place to relax and get away
The Nest is smartly decorated, comfortable, very clean and close to all the things you would want to do in Naramata. Anna and Alan gave us great ideas on where to eat and which wineries to visit. Would recommend this place and plan on returning ourselves.

The perfect place for a peaceful and luxurious getaway!
My husband and I were looking a relaxing place to unwind after our wedding and we found that here at the Villa Magnolia. Anna and her husband were super helpful and were there for us when we needed it but left us alone to do our own thing. The space is newly and beautifully decorated with much attention paid to details. The patio has a beautiful view of the lake, with wine grapes just in front of you. Having a glass of wine out there is a must! We would definitely stay there again on our next trip to the Okanagan!

Amazing!
This was a perfect stay. We will stay here again next time we are in the area. The very friendly owners meet you and give an orientation. You first walk into the spectacular kitchen. The bedroom is huge. You can walk out to the deck with a lake view. The living room also has a view of the lake. The bathroom has both a huge tub and a large shower. It is very quiet at night.

spectacular naramata retreat
We had a wonderful stay at the the Nest at Villa Magnolia. This property is beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home and more. The fully-equipped kitchen had everything we needed to prepare numerous meals. The comfortable bed, free-standing tub and glass shower all added to the luxurious details that made our stay so enjoyable. Unfortunately the smoke from the BC forrest fires obscured our view from the balcony overlooking Lake Okanogan, but we were still able to enjoy evenings out on the balcony having a glass of wine from the local vineyards. Anna and Alan were lovely hosts, ensuring that we had anything and everything that we might need to make our stay more enjoyable. They offered lots of personal tips on local attractions, dining, outdoor activities and wine-tasting. They made themselves available at all times if we needed anything. This is probably the most wonderful VRBO we have ever stayed at and would definitely make a return trip, particularly when the views are not obscured by smoke!

Beautiful Property
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "The Nest". It was the perfect spot for a romantic getaway, with easy access to local wineries, restaurants, and to the lake. The property was beautifully decorated - Anna did an amazing job with the decor - and it looked just like the pictures. The view from the patio was incredible and we spent evenings and mornings just watching the world go by from the patio. We wish we had planned another few days up there but now we have a good reason to go back. Would absolutely recommend the property without hesitation.

If it weren't for the miles and miles of vineyards in Naramata we would not have left this guest house. The view is worth a million dollars. The owners go above and beyond with providing an extensive package of must do and recommendations. The décor is straight from a magazine. The unit is well stocked. Absolutely gorgeous unit. We cannot wait to return!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Nest for our 10th anniversary. The suite itself was extremely nice. Everything was spotless. The kitchen and bathroom can best be described as luxurious. And best of all the view was spectacular. Anna and Alan were gracious hosts, providing local insights on the best vineyards and places to eat. Everything about the visit was great. 10/10 will stay again.

The property is fantastic and the view amazing. Few suggestions though!
We had a wonderful time in Villa Magnolia and the quaint town of Naramata. The Villa is beautifully decorated and Anna and Allan were gracious hosts. Only a couple of critiques and comments. This trip was a family reunion and filled with laughter and cheer. However, we did not know that sound carried so much and we were frequently reminded to keep the noise down even in the early evening. We also had to tip toe around the villa since our every step was heard by the guests below us. Several days were quite hot and we had no control over the air conditioning and had to ask Anna to turn it down several times. Also no washer or dryer in the Villa. The local Naramata taxi driver, Kurt was a true gem. Great knowledge of all the restaurants and wineries and drove us everywhere when our rental car broke down for several days. Penticton was also a fantastic venue for the Multisport World Championships. Overall, we had a blast!!!

We recently enjoyed a 3 night getaway at Villa Magnolia. It was a truly delightful experience! We were 3 couples of a "certain" age with long time friendship and Anna's vacation home was the perfect place to eat good food, drink wonderful wine and catch up on everyone's lives. Everything you could possibly need was there for cooking gourmet meals, relaxing on the spacious patio and having restful nights sleep. The views from the patio are spectacular! Beautiful home with the best view in Naramata. Quiet and peaceful relaxation.
A great home providing top end accommodation. Gorgeous kitchen with everything you could want for cooking and barbeque. A huge deck to spread out on with a spectacular, completely unobstructed view of the lake and even the beach/ park in town. A very quiet , private location to enjoy the Naramata. Kettle Valley Trail access a couple of minutes away and far too many wineries to take them all in. Highly recommended.

Villa Magnolia is so beautifully and stylishly appointed, and so thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed - that we didn't really have any questions or problems. We loved everything about this house - the well equipped kitchen, the beautiful bedrooms, the spacious living areas and balcony with stunning views overlooking the lake, the great proximity to local vineyards, the privacy... I really could go on and on! This house is everything it claims to be - and more, and we found it to be absolutely perfect for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Naramata and are looking forward to a return trip one day.

Villa Magnolia is a beautifully finished property with a stunning view of Okanagan Lake.
Tastefully decorated and furnished, Villa Magnolia exceeded our expectations, offering a large sunken living room, spacious dining area, and fully ungraded kitchen, all of which provided an expansive view of the lake and local vineyards. A large deck fronting on the lake, was accessible from the kitchen, dining room and master bedroom. It offered an outdoor dining area, barbecue and variety of outdoor seating. We had expected to eat out frequently, but soon decided to stay in and prepare our dinners in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy the spacious dining area, and comfortably furnished sitting room. We look forward to staying at Villa Magnolis again soon

Lovely stay at Villa Magnolia
We were a family party of 6 that stayed for 5 nights in late August, 2016. Having used VRBO in many locations in the USA, Europe and the UK, I thought from the time we booked that it would be perfect for our needs. I was right! The accommodations are exactly as pictured, and immaculately clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one might need to cook in (and we used the kitchen nightly to prepare delicious meals.) There was plenty of common space for people to spread out, and the bedrooms were comfortable and well appointed. The deck is massive with a mesmerizing view, plenty of seating and the BBQ was new and worked perfectly. In terms of location, it was perfect for a quiet, restful getaway, with many wineries within walking distance. The local village is easily walkable for those who like to get out amongst the vines and flowers. For those who prefer to use their car, there is ample parking in the village with a great market, pretty beaches, galleries, and restaurants to enjoy. I highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a peaceful getaway in a gorgeous home with all the comforts one could ask for and a few extra you might not expect. Anna, our hostess, was more than accommodating and very responsive to any questions we had, and when were were running out of windex to keep the counters clean, she ran a new bottle up to us so quickly I didn't realize it was there until my husband told me later. She was also very easy to deal with in relation to our booking, and returned our damage deposit quickly. Thanks Anna! We highly recommend your lovely property and hope to be back again some day! Fabulous location, amazing views and beautiful place to stay in Naramata!
We stayed for 3 nights at Villa Magnolia and it exceeded every expectation. Welcomed by our beautiful hostess Anna with a chilled bottle of wine upon our arrival was a lovely treat after a long drive. Redone from top to bottom, with 3 bedrooms, each one decorated to perfection. The master bedroom has a fabulous king bed and an ensuite bathroom with views of Okanagan Lake and a patio to enjoy. The kitchen is a dream with everything you could imagine to cook gourmet meals, including a beautiful Weber barbecue outside. The living room has panoramic views of the lake and inspired to linger and enjoy. To be honest, it was hard to leave the house...but spitting distance from all the wineries made it difficult. We visited 12 wineries during our stay, all within 15 minutes of the house. Walking distance from charming Naramata village where a beach lies waiting for a swim or a stroll for a cup of coffee nearby. We asked if we could stay an extra night but alas it was booked. Just a tip, book early if you want to stay at this magnificent property. Trust me, you won't find anything like it and you will want to stay longer! Wine Lovers Paradise
The moment we arrived at Villa Magnolia we felt relaxed. We were lucky enough to spend a full week at this absolutely beautiful home. The owner, Anna met us when we arrived and made sure we were all settled in. She was very helpful during our stay with any questions or recommendations we needed. The Naramata Bench is a wine lovers paradise, so many wineries in a small area. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the huge deck overlooking the lake. Most mornings, a family of deer would visit the back yard which was pretty amazing. We would head out to go wine tasting and most days had lunch on the patio of one of the local wineries. There is a beautiful new Weber BBQ that we used a few nights for dinner. We took Anna's advise and picked up meat at Tony's butcher shop in nearby Penticton and there was a great bakery right next door to Tony's. The kitchen is fully equipped and was great to prepare meals in. We enjoyed a glass of wine in the evening on the deck while watching beautiful sunsets. The home was very clean and all bedding and pillows were hypoallergic which was important to us. We were 4 adults with one teenagers and there was plenty of room for us all. We would highly recommend Villa Magnolia to any of our friends or family. If we are ever back in Naramata we will definitely stay here again.

Amazing views, lovely location, great wineries.
Villa Magnolia is a lovely home nestled in the hillside overlooking vineyards with an amazing lake view. The drive to the Villa is enchanting, filled with orchards and wineries, it is hard not to stop and start your vacation before you even arrive. When you walk through the front door, you are met with an open environment with high, vaulted ceilings and a view through the living area with the lake beyond through full height picture windows. The Villa is bright and open with great finishes and everything you need to feel right at home. The master suite is incredible, a very good size with a beautiful ensuite and a large picture window with sliding glass door to the deck that overlooks an amazing view. The other bedrooms are lovely and bright with a gorgeous shared bathroom. The full length deck offers a great outdoor experience from any area of the house. The location is fantastic with some very good wineries and restaurants close by, with many other choices a little further a field. It is a short walk or drive down to the lake with a charming park and beachfront to enjoy. The small town of Naramata has a corner store with most of the necessities and a beach store where you can rent paddles boards and other water sport options. The owners of Villa Magnolia are very charming and helpful. I highly recommend this vacation home to anyone who wants a higher end vacation experience in this charming area. I look forward to coming back at my next opportunity.

Beautiful house with stunning views!
Villa magnolia was amazing!! It was a Beautiful property with amazing views of the lake and walking distance to the beach and wineries. The house itself was very nicely decorated with super comfortable beds and rooms. It was beyond our expectations!
