Staff were kind, good enough choices for breakfast, onsen was comfort, love the outdoor onsen, room was clean and comfortable. Restaurants around the hotel by 5 minutes walk. If you want to go shopping, there has a very big Aeon mall, driving distance by car 10 mins

Very clean hotel as all stay in customers are required to take off their shoes to change the hotel slipper before step into the lobby after check in at front desk. Sufficient parking lots. Spa facilities is very good. Sufficient space for changing and clean up position.

3回目利用。接客、大浴場、シャンプーバー、朝食ビュッフェ、フリードリンク、変わらず素晴らしかったです。大阪市内から車で1時間、のんびりさせてもらって、帰りは道の駅をいろいろ回って帰宅。また利用させてもらいます。

客室清潔、飲み物自由よかった、 車でなかったので、二階堂からは徒歩でずいぶんありました。少し不便です。

はしゃキッズの近くで良かったです。近くにファミレスが多く歩いて行けました。 エアコンの匂いが気になりましたがお風呂や朝食は良かったです。

フロントやスタッフの対応がいい。 新しくてきれい。一人利用でも家族利用でもいい。 ドライブ旅行をよくする自分にとって無料の大きい駐車場は便利。 周りに食べるとこがポツポツあるので食事は困らない。

温泉でもシャンプーも選べたり、風呂上がりのビール、ジュース、お茶も飲めました。食事もまわりに色んな店があり、駐車場もホテル前に沢山あったので、早めにきて荷物置いてから、神社仏閣巡っても良さそうです。
