This spacious and cozy 2nd story studio apartment is perfect for a couple wanting a getaway weekend or longer and wonderful for those who find themselves in the area for work projects.   
  
Located just blocks from the local coffee shop, restaurants, a winery and several quaint shops as well as the nearby Maumee River, you are central to everything that is going on in charming Napoleon, Ohio. Stroll a few blocks nearby to take in the stunning period architecture, go hiking on the trails that border the Maumee River, or just relax on the house's giant, wraparound porch and watch the world go by. You can cook inside in your kitchen or check out the iconic Spengler's Restaurant just a short walk away.   
  
Come. You'll be glad you stayed.  
  
We get a lot of people looking for a short term stays because of work assignments. We welcome you. Our places are perfect for this. Let us know and we'll give a monthly discount.   
  
We are not a party place. Our guests are respectful and understand that this is great place to unwind and rejuvenate with lovely surrounding. If your plans are to party it up, you're better off checking out one of our local hotels.
