Very clean and there is lots of living space. The dining room table was perfect for our lunch of 9 people. The garage door opener was hard to find but everything else was great. We rented this property late April 2023 for my sons Friday evening wedding in Naples at the North gulf shore beach access!! The property was very clean and nicely decorated! Loved The coffee and wine bar off the dining room! We did experience some trouble with the air conditioning and was able to communicate with David the property manager and he had an HVAC Technician their within a couple hours and got the air conditioning working ! Very impressive! Thank you David!! This is a Nice neighborhood and minutes from going for groceries! Beautiful neighborhood to go for morning and afternoon walks!
