First at this home. We are a family of 4 and it suited us well. Although it’s not a huge home, the outdoor space is awesome! We were outside all week! The pool was so nice. Dolphins in the cove were seen at least twice. The walk to the beach was about 1Mile start to finish. We actually drove 1 of the times to make it easier on us and the kids. Book this place! Our family visited Marco Island for spring break and this property was perfect for us. The outdoor space is phenomenal with a lovely pool and hot tub in the lanai. Furthermore, there is a private dock from which we saw dolphins up close and personal in the canal several evenings. We also spent a good deal of time fishing the canal from the dock and caught plenty of catfish; several times we saw tarpon feeding near the dock but just couldn't get one on the line. The outdoor space was AMAZING and the house itself was clean, with everything we could have needed and the comfortable beds were a plus. Even with mid 70s temps while we were there, we were able to use the heated pool and hot tub every day. It’s close to public beach access and restaurants, and we saw dolphins in the canal out back every day! The host Sharon was quick to respond with any questions & made our stay easy and stress free.
