Staff tried to be helpful but experience was not great. We stayed one night and needed wi-fi to check in. First room (113) we moved in to: no wi-fi. We called down to reception and were told to pop down and they would set up. We unpacked and went down. We went back up and met a facilities guy and he couldn't get wi-fi.. He then took us to another room on the first floor. No wi-fi. He then took us to 324 on the 3rd floor and we had wi-fi. We then had to repack and move. The second room had poor light and was smaller but, by this time we were too tired to complain as had already lost an hour. We later noted it had a broken toilet seat. The roof-top restaurant staff worked hard and we had an enjoyable meal, although I ordered a Vodka Martini that was delivered warm (the manager removed it from the bill so thank you).

Great location - literally opposite the main station. But this is a bit of a downside too as it’s pretty noisy all night. Reception staff are great - we wanted to go to pompei and there was a train strike on the line we were going to use. The man at reception took time to look online which lines were and weren’t open. Wrote down an alternative route and the times of the trains. Another receptionist drew on a map 3 pizza places he recommended. Very good service. Taxi to the airport was only 15 mins and 19 euros. I’d stay again.

Hotel is conveniently located near main train station. Our room was big, nice, had big balcony with view of Vezuvius mountain. Room had big and nice shower room, good bed, electic kettle to make coffee and tea. Breakfast was also very good.

Very good property in the heart of the Piazza Garibaldi which makes it super convenient for travel around Napoli and the rest of Southern Italy. The port is close, as is the Centro Storico, train station, and subways. Lots of shopping, restaurants, and cafes and neighborhood is bustling if a little gritty. I never felt unsafe- but it's definitely very good to keep an eye out and b e aware. As in any large metro area. The hotel staff were very helpful, kind, and considerate.

Lovely hotel inside, staff were amazing and roof top bar very good. Good location for transport links for the surrounding area. Unfortunately the area surrounding the hotel felt unsafe, car horns constantly being heard 24/7, homelessness and rubbish covering the streets.

Fabulous remodeled hotel combining the best features of antique walls and modern furnishings. Super breakfast, great restaurant, reasonable price and a location that makes it easy to walk to restaurants, take the subway to historic sights, walk to the Duomo, high speed train to Rome, short ride to Port for ferries to the islands and Sicily. They allowed us an early check in, but not without having to wait two hours. Could be room for improvement as this is a major issue with touring around Italy.

Breakfast buffet was really good. Right by the metro and train station which was convenient but was noisy and very busy, but the room was well insulated so relatively quiet at night since we were street side.

Nice staff, good breakfast, nice restaurant and nice room. My room was noisy from stree noise but I had earplugs, so it was OK. It is a great location if you are arriving and leaving on the train. However, be aware that this is a gritty part of the city and is not for everyone.

Avoid this area for a first impression of Naples. It's dirty and unsafe. There isn't even a pedestrian crossing on the street the hotel is on. The room is tiny. The TV was broken. It's probably ok for a work visit, but as a vacation it's really not a nice stay

So I have to be fair. When I first checked in, I was not offered an upgrade. The manager reached out and corrected. I was given a quiet nice room on the third floor. He could’ve been nicer. There was a problem with my stay, and due to flight I had to extend an extra night and they graciously worked it out. they offered me the same price that I had originally paid on Expedia so good job folks. The only reason I didn’t give you a five is because you didn’t have staff at the door restricting entrance to non guests.

This hotel is centrally located, ideal for the train station and the bus to and from the airport, if you stay in any hotel around a station anywhere in the world common sense tells you that the area will not be the nicest. The hotel has clean tidy rooms, good showers lovely breakfast and restaurant. One small point is that most hotels nowadays have tea and coffee making facilities in the room, we did not in ours. We did buy one from the restaurant for an additional fee, as although the hotel supplies water we wanted a hot drink. A good hotel overall.

Our suite was beautiful and spacious. The staff, both front desk and in the restaurant were courteous, friendly, and very accommodating. We researched many properties in Naples before settling on this one and definitely made the right choice.

Great hotel in central Napoli location.
Modern and comfortable hotel, centrally located. The room was attractive and well - furnished and had a nice view of the plaza. The hotel’s restaurant was superb, both food and service. I would definitely choose to stay again.

Excellent hotel, conveniently located near metro and train station. The staff is great and the rooms are spotless. The rooftop restaurant is pricy, but excellent. The only issue is that the heater is centralized and set to 23c-way too warm. We turned the heater off in our room it still did not cool the room enough

UNAHotels is conveniently located near Naples Centrale train station, and is within walking distance or short taxi ride to most attractions in Naples. The amenities, facility cleanliness, breakfast buffet and safety are all fantastic. The staff throughout the hotel were welcoming and friendly. There are lot of good restaurants and cafes nearby for a quick bite at any time of the day. Highly recommend this hotel.

Property is located across from the train station, but there is a nice park in between. We stayed on 5th floor, lovely balcony for a view of the city. The restaurant is top quality! Lovely outdoor deck for complimentary breakfast. We also had dinner there; treat yourself, it was the best. The staff were very kind and helpful. We were very pleased with this choice. Downtown, near the water is about a 30 minute walk.

So many nice things to say about this hotel and equally so many not so great things. We loved: 1. the location, 2.the roof top restaurant, 3. size of our room. We disliked: 1. Temperature 2. Noise 3. Fixtures 4. Cleanliness We disliked how we could not control the temperature ( it was a constant 24 degrees celsius and when we opened the window we got eaten by mosquitos), the noise was bad, people screaming and honking until 4am. As well as how certain bathroom fixtures were broken ( bathroom faucet, shower drain). The room was clean but there are certain areas that need some work. the walls are super dusty and I am almost certain that other guests have killed mosquitoes and remnants are on the walls. so much potential with subtle adjustments.

We are not located in a peacefull area, we're in the middle of city life, in fact,on the other hand, we are sure you appreciated the short distance to city centre of the city and its main point of interest.Housekeeping staff is everyday focused to clean and sterilize fixtures and common spaces following a strict hygienic protocol, for that with all the respect, we're sure that no mosquitos bodies were left on room walls,. It is a really nice hotel in a good location. It is too bad the city doesn't use the tax collected to pick up garbage from the streets.

Great room. Nice hotel. Staff really friendly and helpful. Walking distance to many sights. Take a cab to this hotel rather than driving, as traffic in the area is pretty crazy.
