Rooms were spacious and clean. We had a king room with a view of the water and the pool. Loved the hotel. We will come back! The breakfast options were disappointing but not a big deal. Good enough for a light breakfast and then work out. Luckily the prices were not outrageous. We opted to go out to breakfast the next day.

Lovely and reasonably priced hotel in a great area. Loved that it was walking distance to the promenade shops, restaurants and farmers market. The pool was clean and warm and the vibe overall was happy! Would highly recommend!

We changed rooms mid stay and the day staff that took care of this were outstanding!! The only thing was that the toilet in the new room didn’t always flush, room 404

Room given to us through expedia had antique lamp fixtures, dingy, 2 out of 3 switches did work (master wall switch was on). Shower handle on glass very loose. Hairdryer didn't work until 3rd circuit plug tried. No complimentary water, no breakfast included, expect they should be for the price we paid. A/C unit sounded like a freight train all nite. Bed mattress was not comfortable..

The room was big, big bathroom with nice counter space. Everything was clean and comfortable, and quiet, friendly staff. Room had a kuerig and frig, but I did miss the convenience of a microwave. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very quiet and the pool area was set up well. Dining options were fantastic and the drive to the beach and downtown Bonita Springs was easy to navigate. We even discovered a very nice hiking trail not two far away.

Everything was great at this property, except when the onsite restaurant is open and they are valeting cars, it was frustrating finding parking in the hotel parking lot.

The financial people are obviously in charge of this hotel, and the name of the game is cutting costs and maximizing profits. No robes in the closet; no daily room service; cardboard food for breakfast produced in a micro-wave. Overpriced coffee.

We booked a balcony room, but did not get a balcony room. Instead, we got a balcony that extended 1 foot, barely enough to stand on. The front desk was of no help. Also, during happy hour at the pool bar, the billings were inaccurate, and did not reflect the discount.

Upgrade option for a full balcony with seating can be arranged prior- subject to availability . These are popular rooms and not necessarily available if others have arranged for the upgrade option and guaranteed the cost of.I'm sorry that your bill at the Lake House did not reflect Happy Hour discounts. Did you bring this to the server or managers attention so it could be looked at and adjusted if incorrect. The computers are programmed for the Happy Hour discounts during the Happy Hour times and should be charging as such.

Great boutique hotel
This is a really nice property with a friendly staff. The gym has everything you need. It was a nice break from mid-priced chains like Courtyard or Homewood Suites. I would stay here again.
