The beach is right across the street which is really nice as the beach parking fills quickly. Better yet, the condo provides beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, and even a beach wagon to easily walk to the beach. The condos pools were very nice as well. The condo does have only 1 wall a/c unit which was fine for us but I could see some feeling warm if you prefer the room temperature below 70-72\. They literally had everything you would need in the rental, so all you have to bring are your clothes. Beach chairs, beach wagon, beach umbrella, coolers, beach towels, sunscreen, fully stocked kitchen with cooking oil and salt and pepper, even a heated pool. The condo property was quiet, the only noise was from the road that runs between the condos and the beach but we didn't let that bother us. From condo to sitting on the beach was about 8 minutes. The A/C is at the living room, so the bedroom never really got cold. That’s the only reason I would not give a 5 stars. The communication was great and instructions very clear. I would recommend for a couple, max 3 people. Everything else was perfect: They had beach chairs, umbrella, a cooler and a wagon, which really helped. The apt was very clean, but had a funny smell, like someone smoke a cigar and it got Impregnated in the A/C unit. In that part of Florida you cannot drink at the beach, which was a bummer, but we had fun and really enjoy the location and the apt infrastructure. ##### suzie r. Property was just as pictured. Beautiful gulf view, several restaurants to walk to and warm pool. However, the bed was very short and condo was lacking things like trash bags, dishwasher detergent and even a toaster. Overall a great stay though. And owner was very responsive. ##### Amber R. WOW! What a wonderful condo to vacation in! It was close to the beach, resturants, shopping. You are centrally located in Bonita Springs, close to Naples, Marco Island and Sanibel Island. Steve was wonderful to work with- very quick to respond for all of my questions. The condo had beach chairs, umbrella and coolers for our use. The property was very clean and in a great location. The view from the 10th floor balcony was excellent. You were able to see the Gulf, down the shoreline and the Naples skyline. It is directly across the street from the beach. There are two restaurants on either side of the property. We had very good meals at both places. The communication by the owners was excellent and very prompt. Overall we were extremely happy with the property and it provided everthing we needed. ##### Chad D. I booked in January. Prior to the trip and throughout our stay we had great communication with the owner, Steve. He answered our questions quickly. When we arrived the pkace looked great. It was clean and nicely decorated. We really appreciated the chairs, umbrella, beach towels, beach bag and coolers to take to the beach. The beach is as so convenient, right across the street. We loved have Docs and Coconut Jack’s so close as well. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a relaxing vacation. ##### Eileen F. Great beach access and Doc's across the street came in handy for breakfast and watching the playoffs cause I couldn't figure out how to operate the TV to get Cable. Steve super helpful assisting me on the phone till I got it. The unit itself was extremely clean and included everything needed for a comfortable stay. The only difficulty we had was the temperature of the unit at night. Despite multiple fans on and AC on, we were quite hot at night not being able to sleep. For reference, we traveled down in Florida summer and rainy season and this unit is on10th floor (heat rises). Not sure what could be done to make cooler as this is certainly only an issue during summer months. Bed was a bit firm and should have brought our own pillows, but that is on us. Overall a nice place with a beautiful view. Keep in mind if traveling during rainy season not much to do indoors other than mall, dining, and museums if open.
