Located in the heart of Naples, this freshly designer renovated, 2Bedrooms/2Bath condo, boasts natural light with a great view of the tennis courts at Naples famous World Tennis Center. Brand new Kitchen, Bathrooms, Washer & Dryer, and Stainless Steal Appliances make this condo hard to pass up. While the condo is simply stunning in itself, so are the amenities this gated community has to offer! Including Clubhouse, Exercise Room, Sauna, Pool & Spa, Basketball courts, 12 Har-Tru clay courts and 4 hard courts built for around the clock play, a pro shop with service pro on duty, an on site restaurant with regular social events. The community is also a short 12 minute drive to the Famous Downtown 5th Avenue, and close proximity to the luxurious Waterside Shops & Mercato outdoor shopping mall. 10 minutes drive to the immaculate white sand beach Naples has to offer.

World Tennis Club

The condo was very comfortable and clean. The location is excellent for walking the grounds, enjoying the tennis courts and pool. Lots of shopping and restaurants within 10 minutes. The kitchen is well stocked but lacking Tupperware for leftovers. Furniture is comfortable but the mattresses were a little soft for our liking.

If you are Picky this is definitely the place and area to stay very clean and quiet. Walking distance to pool tennis courts or just a morning walk or evening walk. It’s a gate estate which is really nice George is very nice and on point when it comes attention to detail. I’ve stayed in numerous places in Marco island and Naples this is truly a gem. If you are looking for an incredible abb you can’t go wrong with this condo and location if you do end up booking go to Skillets for breakfast all I’m gonna say is WOW

The location was perfect for us. It was just as advertised on VRBO. There were alot of little extras that most places didn't have. We did not use the tennis facilities. We did us the pool which was fantastic. Check in and out was easy. WiFi worked great CS / JS

Reunion time

George was very prompt and friendly with all communications. 2 couples stayed in the condo and it worked out great. Nice layout and very clean. The WTC location was fun and we had fun at the pool and restaurant/bar at the pool. We didn’t play any tennis or pickle ball but we would highly recommend the property for anyone interested in either sport. The grounds around the property were well groomed and maintained. Great time for our group!

Beautiful modern, clean apartment located in the World tennis centre. Well equipped kitchen, with modern appliances & all utensils supplied. Balcony looked onto tennis court which was a 1 minute walk away. Main pool area was a short walk from the apartment. Local shops 5 min drive from the tennis centre main gates. Drive to downtown Naples 10-15mins Would definitely come back again

Quaint & Quiet Condo Association

If renting a place for R&R, this is the place. So quaint and quite. Pool was a perfect temperature and was not busy as all. Tennis and pickleball on the premises. We enjoyed our condo and the condo association.

Very nice condo. Well stocked with utensils pots and pans and toiletries, everything you need for your stay. Clean and well maintained. Nice pool and clubhouse is a short walk.. Shopping and dining close by. Owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with.
