I got to the Hotel around 2. Was hoping to grab dinner at the restaurant only to find out, they are only open for lunch. This should be stated in the description.

Room is clean but shower stall have a little mold on the glass side. otherwise in hotel in general is very good. outside & within hotel is kept well. Further down the hotel is very dirty. Overall, will not mind staying at Stelle again.

This was a great property for a quick night to transfer from train to airport or vice versa. It was clean… a bit dated in decor… but convenient. Staff was very nice. I did not feel safe walking outside after hours.

Great place to stay
The location was very good, within walking distance from the port, city centre, and most other key tourist sites in Naples. The hotel was excellent, the service great, and the rooms pristine. Highly recommend!

Hotel was near central train station. Staff was helpful and friendly. Area around hotel is in a busy part of city, and you’ll need to be aware of surroundings.

Reserved deluxe room with balcony. Got a plain handicapped access room.Complained but was told that’s all they had. With proof of reservation, we were upgraded with apologies to a better room. Shower was moldy.

The area around the property was so unclean and so unsafe. We are 3 women traveling and didn't feel safe leaving the room after we arrived. Everything was closed as it was a Sunday. No options for dining. The wifi in the room did not work. Apparently the server kept going down. The AC leaked so bad it created a puzzle on the floor that i slipped and fell on. Our AC unit

I spent 3 nights with kids and wife. Have two rooms. One with carpet have to sever mold smell and cigaret smokes, was not cleaned before. The air conditioning was a nightmare. The first hotel I saw in my life where AC control at reception and you cannot control it by yourself, you need to call reception every time you want to change it and most of the time there is no answer on the phone and you have to go yourself to reception. One of the room air conditioners was not working on the first night and the staff said they could not do anything and wait till morning with a 30-degree temp in the room, I requested a fan to spend the night. Expedia jumped in immediately and dealt excellently, offering me replacement and compensation after checking with staff. After talking to Expedia rep, I felt someone is looking after us. Thanks Expedia. The next day they changed the room, and every time we went out, the AC turned off then to request at reception. The staff was not cooperative, no sense of customer service. Breakfast was average not many choices. Not a good area to live in, dirty, rough surrounding. Overall the stay was stressful and embarasing in front of my kids. The only good thing was close to the train and metro station. Not recommended in Summer.

We asked for a non-smoking room and the room smelled like an ash tray. There was an ash tray in the balcony. The bathroom vent after my shower made the toilet and floor dirty from dust.

The hotel itself is in a terrible area. We did not feel safe. Upon arrival we were not greeted. We were asked our name and response was oh. Our room was not any better. The shower was covered in mold shown in the pictures. The safety map typically on the back of the door was torn off and missing. One of the stairs leading down was roped off which was safety issue. The gentleman that helped us this morning to insure that our shuttle to the airport arrived was very nice and I appreciate his help very much.

We were due to stay 2 nights at this hotel, but left after one night. The air conditioning unit was so loud no-one could sleep, and it was held together by tape. On the first evening I spoke to the receptionist who told me to open the window as it wasn't that warm out. Very true, but it was very noisy and a brief window opening resulted in mosquitos entering. Overnight the tape holding the air con unit broke. I spoke to the (different) receptionist who said it was difficult to get things fixed in August. We left because I didn't feel safe in a room with air con held together with tape. I emailed the hotel a few days later and they have not had the courtesy to respond.

This property is right next to the main train terminal (so it's very conveniently located) yet it is also very quiet, which is nice. I appreciated the clean rooms, the air conditioning, the WiFi, the delicious breakfast that was included with our stay, and the helpful staff.

This hotel serves a good purpose: it is walking distance from the train platforms at Napoli Centrale Train Station without going outside into the city streets. However, it is functional at best. The room was adequate, reasonably clean and minimalist. However, there was absolutely no welcoming atmosphere and the air conditioner was leaking, noisy and difficult to control. The rooftop terrace was closed. We only stayed from late evening to early the next morning.

This hotel is adjacent to the train station and we stayed for a night before our flight. The front desk staff was so helpful, arranging for a car to bring all 5 of us to the airport (and letting us know when the driver arrived early!); the breakfast in the adjacent restaurant had a range of options; our rooms were extremely clean with plenty of towels and had spacious balconies with table and chairs that allowed us to dry out all our bathing suits and towels before packing up - there were several highly rated and reasonably priced pizza and pasta restaurants within 2 blocks. The staff also ensured (without our needing to ask) that our 2 rooms were next to one another. Overall we were really pleased with the hotel!

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms. Nice amenities. Great location (right next to the train station), and excellent, excellent service. The front desk staff was so incredibly helpful (they arranged a transport to pick us up from the Naples airport and take us directly to the hotel on the same day as arriving), and super friendly. Complimentary breakfast was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is located close to the main train station only a 4 min walk which was very helpful with our luggage, Staff were helpful and also took our luggage as we arrived before check in and then took it to our room when it was ready. Only stayed the one night and left early morning for our flight, caught the airport bus which was nearby the hotel.

Good location for transport and walking to other areas. Breakfast facilities on Sundays only was excellent as it was held in the hotels breakfast room and was 'self service' on 'other' days it is held in the local pizza bar and is waiter service which was extremely slow and did not have such a good breakfast choice and variety.

For a quick layover hotel to the airport, the Stelle is a good choice but stay inside, the neighborhood is rough and dirty and not welcoming. AC is preset to heat at 78’ with no control (we were told) until June when they would switch to AC mode So windows must be opened and the noise is that of a big city. Overall the facility is probably the best in the neighborhood and there is a coffee bar which opens at 7 with breads and sandwiches.

Naples Hotel Stelle
Hotel was clean and close to airport and railway station, but not noisy from railroad. Staff friendly and helpful. Only slight negative was that mattresses were very hard.
