The unit features a cottage theme with all-white furniture in the kitchen and living areas, an office, one king bed, and one queen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, glassware and silverware. All linens are furnished. All furniture is new. Laundry in unit. The quaint building is home to 4 units all with private entrances. It is located on Second Street South, a quiet residential side street in Old Naples. The stroll to the beach is 3 minutes, 5th Avenue 5 mins, and Third Street South 10 mins. Bike rentals and golf cart rentals are available. This host provides concierge services upon request and for an additional charge. Stroll along the streets and avenues of Historic Downtown Naples, FL. where you’ll find more than 100 unique shops and boutiques, art galleries, theaters, and fine restaurants tucked between historic buildings and beautiful courtyard gardens. The pedestrian-friendly setting offers a dynamic shopping experience that is anchored by the 5th Avenue South and Third Street South districts. Just steps from the Naples Pier and Historic Palm Cottage (the oldest home in Naples), and the Third Street South shopping district. As you wander up and down the street, you will find lovely shops and delightful outdoor cafes. The area also has a large number of art galleries; boasting more than anywhere else in Southwest Florida.
