We are located in a 13-acre subtropical oasis in the heart of Naples, FL very close to downtown and within a short drive of 9 miles of beaches! Our on site amenities include a heated pool, a restaurant serving lunch and dinner equipped with a full bar, a BBQ deck with a Gazebo, and tennis and pickleball courts. The Space: Welcome to Park Shore Resort Naples, a tropical hideaway within a 13 acre subtropical oasis in the heart of Naples, Florida. Situated amid serene waterways and lush greenery, our resort offers a tranquil escape that feels miles away from the everyday hustle and bustle. \*Your accommodations include a King Bed, 2 Twin beds and a pull out sofa along with 2 full sized bathrooms \*The condo features a full sized stackable washer and dryer for guest use \*The screened lanai faces the center of the resort and you can see the tall buildings of the Park Shore neighborhood in the distance. \*There is casual indoor dining for 4 and enjoy outdoor meals on the lanai at the outdoor dining set for 4\. \*Parking is available on the first floor and there is a common elevator very close to the front door of this unit. There is a maximum of 6 guests allowed per reservation. Occupancy is strictly enforced. \*\*Please Note: The community is undergoing a window replacement project from May 15th to August 15th 2025\. Each unit will take 2 days to complete and will not be able to be booked during the replacement. Local Attractions: Centrally located yet secluded on lush, private grounds, Park Shore Resort is the ideal Naples, Florida vacation spot for relaxation and comfort. The resort is walkable to some local shopping, dining and multiple grocery stores and about a 12 minute drive (4.4 miles) to downtown Naples. Horizon Way (1.8 Miles) and Seagate/North Gulfshore Beach (2.0 miles) accesses are the closest beaches to the resort. Another favorite spot is Venetian Village (1.2 miles) with waterside shopping and dining. However, the beds were not very comfortable and the water in the small bathroom shower was barely luke warm. We enjoyed our stay, but didn’t sleep the best and showers were quick!! ##### Tena M.
