"SoCe", named for the ideal location South of Central Avenue in Olde Naples, offers the unique opportunity for a luxurious short-term vacation stay, walking distance to the beach and elegant 5th Ave S shopping and dining district. The building was designed by renowned local architect, MHK, and the interiors are decked out with finishes and furnishings selected by coastal contemporary design experts, Clive Daniel Home. UNIT DETAILS: The floor plan for unit 205 includes an open kitchen with breakfast bar, living room with a queen sleeper sofa and a bedroom with king size bed. One full bathroom has dual vanity sinks and a glass enclosed shower. A full size stacked front load washer and dryer are conveniently located in a closet near the kitchen. Covered parking on the ground floor is included for 1 vehicle. AMENITIES: Onsite, the 18-unit building has an open air amenity deck on the third floor which features an outdoor grilling area, lounge and dining seating, and a TV. ANIMALS: Unit 205 is dog friendly with approval of the specific breed and age. Please send us a message with details on your dog in order to request approval.
