Other Things to Note: Please note our exclusive condo does require an online rental application that must be approved 20 days before check in! This application is $150 per person 18+ or $150 for married couples. This screening application does require you to enter personal information, driver's license / passport information, SSN, and vehicle information (if applicable.)
